What things has AIESEC Mexico done best and worst in the last years? What’s our main bottleneck to achieve relevance as a national association?
Talent Management What can TM do to ensure that all LCVPs apply for LCP, all LCPS apply for MC and all LCVPs apply for NST after their term? What do we need for an effective OD-TM synergy to take place? How does this make sense? Envision AIESEC Mexico in 2015. What can you today to ensure that Mexico delivers 5,000 Exchange experiences in that year? How can we cut in half the time it takes for new members to be trained in processes?
Assess the current website and submit a proposal to make it more engaging, including data recovery of interested people, information systems, virtual review board and online payment. Besides technical know-how, what can you bring to the team dynamic and national plenary that makes you valuable? How could IS help raise 300 iGIP TNs during the year?
