LUNCH-LINE LAYOUT the lunch-line layout has the benefit of allowing the students to see how thier food look like and can have multiple food display to look and pick from. the food displayed and served were prepared ahead of time, allowing the students to pick, pay and eat without waiting for the food to be prepared. the drawbacks of this layout are occupying a lot of floor space, long line could form in the food display or the cashier, the food served are not fresh, food served may not how the student wants it to be (gluten free, dll.), and students who had already know what to pick still need to wait in line.

FOODCOURT LAYOUT

Foodcourt layout can have multiple food stall that may offer various options of food and allowing the students to see what their food look like. But multiple food stalls may take up too much floor space and a long line may form in certain food stall.
