Competition - Palamos (Spain) The projectâ€™s focus was to resolve the urban discontinuity between the old town and the new areas of the city. The disaggregation of the program into different buildings facilitates the implementation in the irregular morphology & topography of the plot. The public space is a social space which connects the different buildings.

A full house refurbishment and ground floor extension in Clapham. The clientâ€™s design brief was to maximise the natural light as well as improve the functionality and tradition of a London semidetached home. Competition - Pratdip (Spain) Master plan for a traditional countryside town. The retention of the allotments as well as the local character of the place are the main priorities of the intervention. The scale for the new buildings in addition to the car free strategy maintain the integrity of the village.

DENSITY Compact building implementation to match the existing urban grain of the village.
PUBLIC BUILDINGS Located in the new centrality points of the city with new public spaces associated. TRAFFIC Pedestrian priority & car-free implementation with centralised parking areas located at the entrance of the village. GREEN AREAS The new green areas connect the exis ting allotments around the village and create a unified front elevation from the main road. ALLOTMENTS Conservation of existing allotments to preserve the village essence and economy.

The project is articulated in different volumes placed in a series of platforms which connect the program according to the topography. Views of the outdoors areas are accessible from every classroom and common area. The playground provides different spaces according to the childrenâ€™s activities.

A full house refurbishment of the renowned London Lion Houses, which included a full blueprint basement dig out. The clientâ€™s design brief was for the house to be simple and functional while maintaining her love of design classics. Budget constriction as well a tight calendar were the main challenges. The scope of works included all the concept design, planning permission, construction drawings and on site monitoring.

Competition - Viladecans (Spain) New public building to be implemented within a consolidated green area of the city. The projects main focus was to reduce the visual impact of the building to the surrounding landscape by sinking part of the program and using sympathetic materials.

FLAT PROTOTYPE The projects focus was to dissolve the limits between private and public in the students flats. Foldable furniture makes for a flexible space that can be adapted for different uses .The addition of a shared space to the traditional corridor modifies the social interaction between the private and communal areas.
