Job Description

To lead, coordinate, control, develop and evaluate the IM team in your local committee based on results driven. Furthermore the most important is keep the team completely aligned to the organizational´s CORE, it means all IM operations, methodologies and 1 2 3 strategies should have focused to support and optimize the results of GIP , GCDP , TMP 4 and TLP . For that purpose your team must to provide a strong organizational support (i.e. IT Management), deploy an effective digital culture campaigns (.i.e. Education, Brand Management, Internal Communication, etc), Processes Optimizing (CORE) and Innovation.

Main Functions as IM Leader Management and Strategy To lead your IM local team, maintain it with a high motivation and retention rate To apply all national and local IM strategies as well as responds all requests and duties To apply and develop in your local entity the defined IM model by MC IM To plan and re-plan your road map every quarter To apply the local strategies To have a fortnightly national IM virtual meeting To be in VPM Have the IM team completely aligned to the national strategies

Also to develop new IT tools after approbation of MC VP IM in order to avoid spend unnecessary of resources To resolve all issues about accessibility and other problems of MyAIESEC.net platform in your local entity To educate your local entity about usage of MyAIESEC.net platform and other national and local technologies, also deploy effective digital campaigns in order to improve the digital culture in your local entity To assure that all IM operations are aligned to supports the results of GIP and GCDP Constant monitoring to warranty whether the CORE processes are executing the standard optimized processes defined by the National IM office to improve the results of GIP, GCDP, TMP and TLP. To raise the needed information for the Knowledge Management project to assure the sustainability of knowledge and proficiency of your local entity Ensure the transition process with his/her successor elected To perform the Business Intelligence strategies provided by the IM national office Internal Communication Design and management of internal communications channels To admin the organizational climate & culture management Design tools for measuring of brand effectiveness and join to marketing area in order to assure the brand development
