To ensure availability of your preferred service and time, we recommend booking in advance. All spa treatments must be secured with a member account.

Arrival Time
We kindly recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to complete your intake form, change comfortably, and enjoy our facilities. Robes, towels, and slippers will be provided for your comfort.
Please note that late arrivals will result in reduced treatment time out of courtesy to the next guest, and the full service fee will still apply.
To maintain the serenity of the spa, we ask you to turn off your mobile phone and electronic devices upon arrival.
Off-Site Treatments
Select spa services are available in the comfort of your residence or villa for an additional $100 convenience fee.
Massage services may also be arranged after regular spa hours with advance notice.
An additional therapist gratuity will be applied to your final bill.
Cancellation Policy
Your time is important to us. To allow for the best scheduling and service experience, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment will incur a 100% service charge. To modify or cancel an appointment, please email: wellness@albanybahamas.com. We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining excellence in service.

The Spa is a smoke-free sanctuary. For the comfort and safety of all guests and staff, we reserve the right to deny access or service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is not abiding by Spa Guidelines. Thank you for helping us maintain a setting of respect, wellness, and tranquility.
Health Conditions
Please notify us at the time of booking of any health conditions such as cold/flu symptoms, allergies, recent surgeries, injuries, pregnancy, or ongoing medical treatments.
The spa reserves the right to decline service if it is deemed a risk to the health or safety of the guest or therapist.
Age Requirements
We warmly welcome guests of all ages to enjoy our spa services. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult throughout their visit.
To preserve the serenity of our shared spaces, children under 12 are not permitted in the Relaxation Lounge or Plunge Pools. Guests aged 12 to 16 may enjoy these areas when accompanied by an adult at all times.
Gift Certificates
Give the gift of wellness. Spa gift certificates are available for any service or amount. Please note: All certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Valuables
Lockers are available in both the men’s and women’s changing areas for your convenience.
The Spa & Wellness Center is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. Lost property will be handed to Albany Security. Items such as undergarments, brushes, and liquids are held for one month.
Service Charge & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to your bill, with 100% going directly to your therapist or provider.
Additional gratuity for exceptional service is at your discretion. A 10% VAT is also included on your final bill.
Food & Beverage
Outside food and alcohol are not permitted in the spa. Should you wish to enjoy refreshments before or after your service, our Spa Team will gladly assist you in placing an order from one of our on-property dining outlets.
Purchase Policy
Unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if you have an original receipt. We cannot exchange opened products.

Guests receiving spa services are welcome to enjoy our full suite of wellness amenities, including private changing areas, steam rooms, traditional and infrared saunas, lockers, showers, and the Relaxation Lounge with plunge pools. These facilities are available before and after your treatment to complement and elevate your spa experience.
Please note: Rules and usage guidelines are in place for the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests. Staff reserve the right to ask any individual not abiding by these policies to leave the facility.
Recenter your body and mind in our serene thermal spaces. The sauna offers both traditional high heat and infrared settings, tailored to your wellness preferences. Please don’t hesitate to ask one of our spa attendants for assistance with your preferred setting. These spaces are ideal for improving circulation, easing muscle tension, and supporting detoxification.
Unwind in our tranquil Relaxation Lounge, where soft lighting and ambient music create a calming retreat before, between, or after services. Restore your vitality in the cold and warm plunge pools, which promote circulation and reduce inflammation.
For your comfort and hygiene, a rinse is required before entering the plunge pools.
