ALBANY WELCOME TO ALBANY, BAHAMAS FOR THE 2019 Hero World Challenge. This event is very special to me and my family; it was founded 21 years ago with my father as a way to raise funds and awareness for my foundation. Since then, both the event and my foundation have grown to have international reach and impact. Much of the growth of the tournament is thanks to Hero MotoCorp and my good friend Dr. Pawan Munjal, Chairman, Hero Managing Director and CEO. As the world’s largest manufacturer of two-wheelers and a major supporter of the game of golf, Hero has helped to elevate the worldwide reach and impact of the Hero World Challenge. In addition to Hero, we return to Albany in The Bahamas for the fifth consecutive year. This world-class resort community is the perfect international destination for guests, partners and our invitational field of the world’s top-ranked golfers. Every year, the Hero World Challenge is a global affair and last year Jon Rahm became the seventh champion of the event from outside the United States. Thanks to your support my foundation is making an impact on the lives of youth worldwide. We have expanded our footprint to provide outreach programs to educators internationally while supporting educational programs here in The Bahamas. All proceeds from this week support our mission to empower students to pursue their

passions through education. We believe youth should live in a world where opportunity is universal, and potential is limitless. To date, we have inspired over one million students to achieve their dreams through education. This is only the beginning and your participation will help youth in need thrive. The Bahamas is a very special place to me, not only because of the Hero World Challenge but also because I am a partner in Albany and have a home here. Like the rest of the world, I was saddened to see the devastation caused by Hurricane Dorian. In an effort to support the recovery and rebuilding efforts, members of Albany, NEXUS Luxury Collection, RBC, Justin Timberlake and I started the ONE Bahamas Fund with a $6 million challenge gift that will be matched dollar for dollar to hopefully raise $12 million total. Also, proceeds from this year’s Hero World Challenge will go toward the ONE Bahamas Fund as well. I am proud of the global impact of this event and my foundation. Thank you for joining us at the 2019 Hero World Challenge. I hope you make many lasting memories throughout the week on and off the course.

HERO WORLD CHALLENGE IT GIVES ME IMMENSE JOY TO WELCOME you to another exciting edition of the Hero World Challenge, the most unique golfing event in the world. This magnificent, one-of-its-kind event is a stage befitting champions, and who better than my friend Tiger Woods to lead the challenge this year. In sports, as in life, every once in a while, a rare champion comes along who demonstrates what it takes to become a true Hero – much more than just winning a game. Tiger is the very embodiment of that rare champion, who continues to inspire millions of people around the world with his extraordinary achievements and undaunted courage. Now in its sixth edition, the Hero World Challenge has rapidly grown in its stature and scale over the years and emerged as a marquee event on the annual golfing calendar. Held at the beautiful Albany community here in the enchanting islands of The Bahamas, the 2019 Hero World Challenge is also a reminder

of human perseverance, grit and determination to take on all odds. Despite all the devastations that Hurricane Dorian recently left in the northern Bahamas, it will not deter us from staging the event in all its glory. I am glad that the 2019 Hero World Challenge is contributing in its own way by concertedly raising funds that will go toward the relief and rehabilitation of the hurricane-affected people in The Bahamas. I have always maintained that the Hero World Challenge is much more than a golf tournament; it is also a true celebration of the indomitable human spirit of courage and belief to overcome any adversity. On behalf of everyone in the Hero family, I heartily welcome you to the 2019 Hero World Challenge. I hope we all carry back fond memories that will last a lifetime. D R . BAHAMAS THE BAHAMAS IS PROUD TO PLAY HOST for the fifth consecutive year to the Hero World Challenge, a highlight of our country’s annual calendar of world-class sporting events. I extend a warm Bahamian welcome to tournament competitors, sponsors, guests, members of the international media and to all of you who have traveled to The Islands of The Bahamas this week to be a part of our destination’s fifth edition of the Hero World Challenge. On behalf of the people of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, I would like to take this opportunity to convey heartfelt thanks to Tiger Woods, a longtime and committed friend of The Bahamas, who, in the aftermath of Hurricane Dorian, moved swiftly to orchestrate well-funded support through the creation of the ONE Bahamas Fund. Thank you to all of you who joined hands with Mr. Woods in support of the Bahamas hurricane relief: members of the Albany community, NEXUS Luxury Collection, Royal Bank of Canada, Justin Timberlake and many others.

The support of the Hero family continues this week, as a portion of proceeds from the 2019 Hero World Challenge will be directed toward hurricane relief. Thank you to each of you whose involvement has brought to our islands, yet another year, one of the world’s leading golf tournaments. The road to recovery for the people of Abaco and Grand Bahama will be a long and uphill journey, but that journey has been made easier by the generosity of Tiger Woods and his associates. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Best wishes to all competitors in the 2019 Hero World Challenge. THE HON. DIONISIO D’AGUILAR, MP Minister of Tourism & Aviation

LED BY ITS CHAIRMAN DR. PAWAN MUNJAL, THE company has grown into a global brand with presence in 37 countries across Asia, Africa, South and Central America and the Middle East. With cumulative sales of over 90 million motorcycles and scooters through more than 9,000 customer touchpoints across the globe, Hero MotoCorp continues to champion the aspirations of millions of people through its wide range of products and services. Headquartered in New Delhi, India, Hero MotoCorp also commands over half of all motorcycle sales in the country, the world’s largest two-wheeler market.

R I D I N G A H E A D O F T H E C U RV E A champion’s true mettle is tested when the going gets tough. By that measure, Hero MotoCorp has amply demonstrated its leadership abilities by overcoming the challenges of a volatile economic environment in India and the headwinds in global markets. Bucking the sluggish market conditions in India and tepid demand scenario around the globe, Hero MotoCorp posted record sales of 7.8 million units of motorcycles and scooters in the 2019 financial year (April 1, 2018, to March 31, 2019) – a testimony to the grit and resilience of the company. The company achieved many new sales milestones during the year and launched a range of new premium products in keeping with its strategic focus on empowering tomorrow’s customers.

Hero MotoCorp also became the first two-wheeler company to surpass 750,000 units in monthly sales in September 2018, besides achieving 700,000-plus monthly sales on four occasions during the financial year. During the year, Hero's iconic motorcycle Splendor crossed the significant 3 million cumulative sales mark, while the HF Deluxe motorcycle crossed the enviable landmark of 2 million units in cumulative sales. The company also recently launched three new premium motorcycles – the XPulse 200 adventure motorcycle and its ‘Tourer’ version, the XPulse 200T and the Xtreme 200S. Keeping pace with the growing customer preference for scooters in several global markets, Hero MotoCorp launched new models that included the Destini 125, featuring the idle stop-start system through the revolutionary Hero patented i3S technology. The company also launched the power-packed Maestro Edge 125 FI, India's first scooter with fuel injection technology (FI) as well as a new 110cc scooter, the Pleasure+ 110.

T E C H N O L O G Y AT T H E C O R E The range of new motorcycles and scooters from Hero MotoCorp is a testimony to its robust in-house research and development (R&D) capabilities. All the premium motorcycles and scooters have been developed by a highly skilled team of designers, engineers and technology specialists at its global R&D hub at the Hero Centre of Innovation and Technology (CIT) in the northern Indian city of Jaipur. Hero MotoCorp has been rapidly enhancing its R&D capabilities ever since the company began its solo journey in 2011. In FY’19, it went a step further and gave shape to its vision of creating a global R&D ecosystem by setting up the company’s first international technology center, the Hero Tech Center Germany GmbH (HTCG). Located at Stephanskirchen near Munich, this new center operates in tandem with CIT to develop new vehicle concepts and create mobility solutions of the future. The Hero Tech Center is a source of modern technologies with a focus on the global customer base. In addition, it is also the epicenter of the company’s motorsport team, Hero MotoSports Team Rally. Around 1,000 engineers, designers and automotive experts drawn from around 10 countries are currently engaged at the CIT and HTCG. Hero MotoCorp believes that electrical vehicles (EV) are a part of a sustainable future and is working on various EV projects at the CIT as part of its endeavour to design and develop mobility solutions for the future. Hero MotoCorp has also made a sizeable investment in electric two-wheeler start-up Ather Energy, which has already launched a series of path-breaking innovative scooters.

A GLOBAL FOOTPR INT As a truly global enterprise, Hero MotoCorp has continued to expand its presence around the world by investing in new markets, and expanding its distribution networks. Hero MotoCorp further augmented its global business recently by reinforcing its operations in Peru in South America and Uganda in Africa. Apart from setting up flagship dealerships, it introduced the powerful and stylish motorcycle Hunk 200R and the Dash 125 scooter for customers in Peru, as many as four new powerful, durable and fuel-efficient two-wheelers, including the city comfort commuter Dawn 100; the sturdy and stylish Dawn 125; the power ride Dawn 150; and the new exciting scooter Destini 125 in Uganda. The company has also kept abreast of the global technology landscape by adopting technologies such as robotic process automation, artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT). In key international markets, it now uses new age technology to facilitate processing of financial loan applications in just 10 minutes, thus differentiating itself through value-added customer experience.

R E D E F I N I N G S U S TA I N A B L E M A N U FA C T U R I N G Hero MotoCorp remains committed to stay on the path of sustainable development. The company’s globally benchmarked manufacturing facilities – five in India and one each in Bangladesh and Colombia - maintain the highest of ecological standards by redefining “green manufacturing,” with some of these plants now aptly called “Garden Factories.” Over the coming year, Hero MotoCorp will commission yet another Garden Factory, its eighth manufacturing facility, at Chittoor in the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.

I N SA FE H A N DS Being a responsible corporate citizen, Hero MotoCorp is committed to social and environmental causes and has constantly endeavoured to contribute in its own way to the betterment of the society. The company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs are focused on the wellbeing of children and women from the marginalized and less privileged backgrounds as well as conservation and protection of the environment. The education-focused projects of Hero MotoCorp have enabled thousands of children from the villages to match up to their privileged counterparts in urban India. Likewise, hundreds of young girls and women have been skilled in various trades at the skill centers set up by the company, and are now gainfully employed. A large part of Hero’s CSR allocation goes toward meeting its environmental aspirations through the “Happy Earth” program, as a part of which the company planted more than 2,000 trees a day on average during FY’19. Road safety continues to be the foremost priority of Hero MotoCorp. While the company’s products meet the highest of safety standards, Hero also invests significantly in road safety awareness and safe riding training programmes. 

The Fund was created by Tiger Woods, Justin Timberlake, NEXUS Luxury Collection, Royal Bank of Canada and members of Albany to help those affected by Hurricane Dorian.

IN RESPONSE TO THE NEED, THE ONE BAHAMAS Fund was established by Tiger Woods, Justin Timberlake, NEXUS Luxury Collection, Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) and members of the Albany resort community to support relief and recovery efforts from Hurricane Dorian. These founding partners collectively pledged $6 million and made a commitment to match each donation received dollar for dollar for the next $6 million raised, with a goal of raising a minimum of $12 million. ONE Bahamas Fund has directed money toward immediate first response efforts on the ground in the weeks and months that followed Hurricane Dorian, and continues its long-term support for Bahamian residents, with a focus on shelter (temporary and low-cost housing), living necessities (clothing, food and communication devices), educational support (scholarships, transportation costs and supplies), community (aiding in the design and development of infrastructure needs that are outside of traditional government purview) as well as seed funding for Bahamian businesses. “We hope through the ONE Bahamas Fund, we’re enabling the broadest group of people to get involved and support the recovery and rebuilding efforts necessary to get nearly 70,000 people back on their feet,” said Timberlake. The U.S. registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization recognizes that every person matters, and when we all work together as one, we have powerful income and can make a significant difference in the lives of many people.  To donate to ONE Bahamas Fund, visit www.onebahamasfund.org.

WITH HIS LEGACY LONG ESTABLISHED, TIGER Woods stands among the best to ever play the game of golf. With 108 worldwide wins and 82 PGA TOUR victories including the most recent at the Zozo Championship, Woods has tied the record held by Sam Snead for the most PGA TOUR victories in the history of the sport. In the 2018-19 season, Woods collected four top-10 finishes, along with his 15th major triumph and fifth green jacket at Augusta National Golf Club. After falling behind in the first three rounds at the 2019 Masters Tournament, Woods started the final day two shots back. He went on to have an incredible finish with his final nine holes 1-under 35 including birdies on holes 13, 15 and 16 to slip on the well-respected green jacket once again. He had a total of 22 birdies, the second most in the field, and led in greens in regulation, hitting 58 out of the 72 greens. “To have the opportunity to come back like this, it is probably one of the biggest wins I’ve had for sure,” Woods said. “I hit some of the best shots on that back nine; I just flushed it coming home, which is a nice feeling.” For golf fans around the world, Woods’ return to the golf course brought a new level of excitement and anticipation. Little did they know, he was going to provide them with many more action-packed seasons to come. Woods looks to add to his Hero World Challenge record of five wins this year at Albany.

// HERO HIGHLIGHTS The 2011, 2007, 2006, 2004 and 2001 winner of the Hero World Challenge, Tiger Woods is the only player with more than two victories in the tournament and donates his Hero World Challenge earnings back to his own charitable entity, TGR Foundation.

I C K

born LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA, USA

PATRICK CANTLAY HAD A LEGENDARY amateur career highlighted by winning the Fred Haskins Award in 2011 as the nation’s top collegiate player as well as the Jack Nicklaus Award as the Division I Player of the Year. He held the No. 1 position in the World Amateur Golf Rankings for a record 55 weeks. In 2001, he finished in the top 25 in his first four PGA TOUR events and shot the lowest round by an amateur in PGA TOUR history with a 60 at the Travelers Championship. Now a veteran on the TOUR, Cantlay has added two career wins to his accomplishments. Making his first appearance at TPC Summerlin, Cantlay won the 2018 Shriners Hospitals for Children Open with a par on the second playoff hole. While this was his first PGA TOUR victory, it just so happens Tiger Woods also claimed his first TOUR win at the same event in 1996. This season, Cantlay earned his second career win at the Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide. He started the day four shots behind but bounced back finishing with a 64, the lowest final-round score by a winner in tournament history. Finishing with a career high of nine top-10s, a win at the 2019 Hero World Challenge would put a nice exclamation mark on Cantlay’s season.

// HERO HIGHLIGHTS The former top-ranked amateur made his Hero World Challenge debut in 2018, finishing T5.

THE GOLFER WITH THE CHERUBIC SMILE HAS A lot of reasons to be cheerful these days. How else can you describe a 2018-19 season highlighted by two PGA TOUR wins? Not to mention eight top-10 finishes. Kuchar started off another year of great golf by taking the victory in the 2019 Mayakoba Golf Classic. Rattling in a par putt from just inside three feet, he shot a finalround of 69 to win by one stroke. At 22-under, he not only broke the tournament record but also recorded a personal best since being on the TOUR. A huge victory for Kuchar as this win marked his first since 2014. “My 2018 wasn’t what I wanted, but this is a high note. This is an amazing thing, to get a win in Mexico, to go from Hola to Aloha,” said Kuchar as he headed to Honolulu. The streak continued as he went on to win the title for the 2019 Sony Open in Hawaii, making Kuchar the first TOUR player to have multiple wins this season. Closing two birdies on the back nine and finishing at 22-under 258, he had the third-lowest score in Waialae history behind fellow Hero World Challenge player Justin Thomas. The hardworking and longtime fan favorite has a future to smile about indeed.

// HERO HIGHLIGHTS Next to Tiger Woods, Kuchar has the most appearances of any player in this year’s field, with eight including two T3 finishes as well as three top-fives.

AFTER TURNING PROFESSIONAL IN 2016, JON Rahm earned his PGA TOUR card the following year and finished his first PGA TOUR season with 11 top-10 finishes and one victory at the 2017 Farmers Insurance Open. He was ranked fifth in the FedExCup standings and advanced to all four FedExCup playoff events in his first year. Continuing to turn heads, Rahm didn’t slow down this season. Two months after playing on his first Ryder Cup team and beating Tiger Woods 2 and 1 to help clinch the 2018 Ryder Cup for Europe, Rahm claimed what is affectionately known as the ‘Tiger Trophy’ for winning the 2018 Hero World Challenge. “That Sunday with Tiger is still the most emotionally, most important moment of my golf career,” Rahm said. “It means so much to play against Tiger. A couple months later, to win his event, it’s really special.” In his Hero World Challenge debut, Rahm posted an overall score of 20-under 268 to win by four strokes over fellow Hero World Challenge rookie Tony Finau. Since joining the TOUR, Rahm has proven he is a top contender in the professional golf world. He teamed with Ryan Palmer to claim his third PGA TOUR victory at the 2019 Zurich Classic of New Orleans. At 26-under 262, the team posted a three-stroke win after sitting T17 in the first round. Currently the youngest player in the field, he will be the one to watch at the 2019 Hero World Challenge, hoping to reclaim his Hero World Challenge title.

IN 2013, PATRICK REED’S WIFE, JUSTINE, SERVED as his caddie on the PGA TOUR. They celebrated in short order when Reed won his first tournament that season at the Wyndham Championship. They were the first victorious husband/wife team to win on TOUR since Steve Stricker and his caddie wife, Nicki, won the 1996 BMW Championship. Though Justine has since resigned her caddie duties due to starting a family, Reed has kept adding to his accomplishments. In the 2017-18 season, he claimed his first major championship, shooting a final-round 1-under 71 to win the 2018 Masters Tournament by one stroke. This season, Reed took a three-week break from the TOUR, hoping to clear his mind and get a fresh start. He returned to the game better than ever. With two top-10 finishes and his seventh career PGA TOUR title at THE NORTHERN TRUST, he is moving his way back into the winner’s circle. “The biggest thing for me was to just focus on the golf I’m playing because at the end of the day, if you play good golf, that all takes care of itself,” Reed said. Good golf, indeed. Reed finished the FedExCup Playoff opener at 16-under 268. After knocking in a three-foot putt for par, he was able to take home his second NORTHERN TRUST title, winning by one shot.

WHILE IT’S HARD TO COMPETE WITH TAKING home the 2018 FedExCup trophy, the PGA TOUR’s season-long championship, Justin Rose’s 2019 season was one for the books with his 10th PGA TOUR victory and seven top-10 finishes. Early this season, Rose won the Farmers Insurance Open shooting a final-round 69 for a total score of 21-under par to capture the victory. He became the first player to convert a 54-hole lead in this tournament since 2013, despite a few changes to his normal routine. Rose’s longtime caddie and friend was not able to participate and he was also recently introduced to his new set of clubs. At the start of the year, he switched to Honma, a Japanese premium golf product company that worked directly with him to create custom clubs now available to the public. He wore them well, breaking them in with a victory. Rose has done it all - a major champion, 12 international victories, the 2018 FedExCup Champion, a gold medal at the 2016 Olympic Games along with the first-ever recorded hole-in-one in Olympic history. He also became the first player from England to secure 10 victories on the PGA TOUR since 1945. Hopefully, the Albany resident can get his first win on his home course at the 2019 Hero World Challenge to add to his extraordinary record.

// HERO HIGHLIGHTS Albany resident and former World No. 1 has been a staple of the Hero World Challenge since it moved to The Bahamas and will make his sixth straight appearance in the event this year. The 2018 tournament marked his best finish at third place.

These wins earned Schauffele the Rookie of the Year award for the 2016-17 season. Schauffele has not slowed down this season, winning two events, finishing No. 2 in the FedExCup standings as well as recording six top-10s, not to mention, topthree results in two major championships. In his third start of the season, Schauffele won his third career PGA TOUR victory and first World Golf Championships title in a playoff at the World Golf Championships-HSBC Champions. SIMPSON W

born RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA, USA

THE HERO WORLD CHALLENGE WELCOMES back Webb Simpson to the field for his fifth appearance at this event but first since 2013. Simpson entered last season ready to compete, winning the 2018 Players Championship. He closed with a 1-over 73 to end a slow few years with a four-shot victory at TPC Sawgrass. This win earned him a spot on the United States 2018 Ryder Cup team, where he showed out tremendously. Although the team didn’t bring home the trophy, Simpson, paired with Bubba Watson, put up four birdies in the first eight holes of foursomes play to secure a win at Le Golf National. Closing the 2018-19 season with six top-10 finishes, including three runners-up, Simpson has continued to play consistent golf. After back-to-back birdies on holes 10 and 11 at the 2019 World Golf Championships-FedEx St. Jude Invitational, Simpson was working his way up the leaderboard. Unfortunately, even with two more birdies he couldn’t hold Brooks Koepka from taking the victory but played great golf to secure a second-place finish. Simpson ended his season in the new Wyndham Rewards top-10, a $10 million bonus that recognizes the top 10 players who earn the most FedExCup points through the Wyndham Championship, the final event of the regular season where Simpson also finished second.

// HERO HIGHLIGHTS Thanks to a career resurgence for the 2012 U.S. Open winner, Simpson is back competing in the Hero World Challenge for the first time since 2013.

IN 2017, JUSTIN THOMAS EARNED THE TITLE OF the youngest player in PGA TOUR history to shoot a 59 and break the TOUR’s 72-hole scoring record. To top it off, Thomas made U.S. Open history when he had the lowest score to par in the championship’s history in the same year. He has continued to have such success in the 201819 season. Taking the title win for the 2019 BMW Championship came as an intense experience for Thomas. He held a six-shot lead that within a span of three holes fell to only a two-shot advantage. After a couple of notable putts and one birdie, he finished at 4-under 68 for a three-shot victory. Thomas’ golf greatness is in his bloodline. His father Mike became the head PGA Professional at Harmony Landing Country Club near Louisville, Kentucky in 1990, while his grandfather Paul was a 60-year member of the PGA of America. After earning each of his wins, Thomas collects the victorious golf ball and gives it to his father, who is also his swing coach. Throughout his career he has collected quite a few golf balls with 11 PGA TOUR victories and more to come.

WATSON B U B B

born BAGDAD, FLORIDA, USA

A TRULY SELF-TAUGHT GOLFER, YOU WOULD never know Bubba Watson was given a cut-down 9-iron from his father and learned to play the game by hitting wiffle balls around the house. Zero golf lessons and 12 career victories later, this lefty continues to thrive. Watson claimed his 10th PGA TOUR victory at the 2018 Genesis Open, which he also won in 2014 and 2016. Following Ted Potter, Jr.’s win at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, these victories marked the first time the TOUR has had two different left-handed winners in consecutive weeks since 2000. Watson also became the first left-handed player to win the 2018 Dell Technologies Match Play the same year. Shortly after his 12th career victory at the 2018 Travelers Championship, Watson generously donated $200,000 to the tournament in support of The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, the tournament’s primary beneficiary that helps raise awareness about the important role camp plays in the lives of many children and family members each year. Watson takes great pride on the course but also recognizes his responsibility as a role model off the course. While raising awareness and contributing to various charities, he also wanted to be able to personally encourage kids to get an education and pursue their dreams and felt it was important to represent his words with actions. In 2008, he went back to the University of Georgia to complete his degree.

// HERO HIGHLIGHTS The two-time Masters champion won the 2015 Hero World Challenge in its debut at Albany. Watson shot a 25-under par 263, the lowest winning score at Albany.

WOODLAND born TOPEKA, KANSAS, USA

GARY WOODLAND IS HAVING A SPECTACULAR golf season to say the least. From his first major championship win and fourth PGA TOUR title at the U.S. Open to recording eight top-10 finishes, Woodland’s 2018-19 season has been one to remember. At the 2019 U.S. Open, Woodland finished with an incredible 30-foot birdie and three-shot victory over two-time defending champion Brooks Koepka. With a final round of 69 to break the U.S. Open scoring record at Pebble Beach, Woodland’s excitement was evident after he sank his putt with both hands in the air and a huge smile on his face. While taking the U.S. Open silver trophy home is a huge accomplishment, most people would say his biggest win of the year was inviting Amy Bockerstette, a 20-year-old with Down syndrome, to play the par-3, 16th hole during the Waste Management Phoenix Open. The video became viral as he cheered her on and became an inspiration to golf fans around the world. After Amy hit her tee shot in a bunker, she looked at Woodland, who was planning to help hit it out for her and said, “I got this.” “She’s meant everything for me from a mental standpoint,” Woodland said. It was apparent her words encouraged and stuck with him during his battle to win the 2019 U.S. Open.

THE CREATION OF ALBANY OVER A DECADE AGO brought together Joe Lewis and his Tavistock Group along with Tiger Woods and Ernie Els as founders. The New York Times calls it “a rare f ind” while Forbes describes it as the modern Monaco. Since opening in 2010, the 600-acre luxury resort community of Albany is recognized as a place where families can play, live and work.

THE OCEANSIDE COMMUNITY WAS THE COLLECtive vision of its founders – Joe Lewis and his Tavistock Group, golfing greats Tiger Woods and Ernie Els, and actor and musician Justin Timberlake, who wanted to create something special that appeals to every age and stage. Today, Albany’s resort-style setting combined with the service, amenities, luxury and privacy has created a sophisticated enclave recognized around the world. 

// AZUL POOL The adult-only pool at Albany features uninterrupted views of the beach and ocean.

Situated minutes from Nassau’s international airport, Albany has established itself as a true sportsman’s paradise. Among its growing world-class features is one of the Caribbean’s largest berthing facilities, the 71-slip mega-yacht marina for yachts up to 250 feet, a 7,309-yard, links-style desert golf course designed by Els for all levels of the game, a luxury spa and salon, numerous family-oriented and adult-minded amenities and recreational outlets including pools, a racquet complex and an expansive fitness center with CrossFit, multiple dining venues and equestrian facilities. Perhaps another part that makes Albany so attractive is the multitude of real estate lifestyle options, ranging from charming beachfront villas and luxury marina residences to Bahamian-inspired courtyard villas and estate homes with golf, ocean or equestrian access and views. Numerous custom home lots are available within Albany with a variety of types – some overlooking the championship golf course, a collection just steps from the beach and the latest offerings surrounding the planned equestrian center. For others, one of Albany’s villas – in three distinctive styles including beachfront, oceanview and beach club villas – offers everything a family would need, from three to seven bedrooms spanning up to 6,000 square feet. “Our idea was to deliver a lifestyle for people who want to have a holiday home as well as live here full time,” said managing partner Christopher Anand. “What has been created here at Albany has never been done in The Bahamas, or anywhere, and achieves our founders’ vision to make this community one of the finest in the world.”

// THE SANCTUARY, RECORDING STUDIO The state-of-the-art recording studio is a place where musicians are inspired to do their best work.

Over the years, Albany has added several new offerings, all centrally located around the heartbeat of the community – the marina. The 71-slip mega-yacht marina is now surrounded by luxury residential buildings, the commercial hub of Albany Financial Center and the stateof-the-art recording studio, The Sanctuary at Albany. The stunning apartment residences lining the marina rival those found in New York, London and Paris – with six buildings completed and two more under construction. Combining the best in waterfront living with unparalleled luxury, these marina residences dwell in some of the most architecturally inspiring buildings in the Caribbean, designed by renowned architects including Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), Morris Adjmi Architects, Gwathmey Siegel Kaufman Architects, HKS Architects, One of a Kind Architects (OOAK) and London-based Squire and Partners. From the ornate exterior of the Adjmi-designed Orchid building to the distinctive interlacing façade of Honeycomb, designed by Ingels, each of the eight sold-out apartment buildings feature open floor plans promoting the highest level of cosmopolitan glamour. Set to be completed

early next year, the geometric Tetris building combines one- and two-story private residences in a unique, staggering scheme to capture the stunning views of the marina and promenade. The latest building to grace the northern side of the marina is Squire, designed by UK-based firm Squire and Partners. Nearly sold out, the building features 26 private residences spanning up to 15,000 square feet. Squire’s sleek exterior façade combined with the grand outdoor terraces creates an indoor-outdoor living experience unlike any other. Just released are plans for yet another breathtaking building at the mouth of the marina named Coral. Designed by Ingels’ group, the 26-residence building incorporates rounded edges and stunning floor plans which fully celebrate the views of the South Ocean. A pair of luxury penthouses grace the top of Coral and both feature direct access to rooftop terraces equipped with private pools. Defined by informal elegance, this new way of life for Albany residents is living up to its comparison by Forbes to Monaco and redefining modern-day island living. 

PARADISE With more than 700 islands and cays scattered across 100,000 square miles, The Bahamas defines paradise living for many reasons.

THE BEAUTIFUL BLUE WATERS MAY BE A DEFINING trait of The Bahamas, but there are many more that appeal to families from around the world who call the country home. Playing host to some of the finest communities in the world, the island of New Providence in The Bahamas offers home buyers a stable government, favorable tax environment and 21st-century services and security. Over the years, the archipelago of The Bahamas has gained popularity as a destination to live and spend time, primarily because of its easy access. Just a quick 50 miles from the Florida coast, New Providence brings in several nonstop flights from major U.S. and international cities as well as its private airfields. The perfect blend of cosmopolitan glamour, rich Bahamian heritage and tropical ease, New Providence is a lively metropolitan hub full of culture, modern comforts and amenities and represents the country’s main commercial hub and more than 70 percent of the country’s estimated 380,000 residents. Since opening in 2010, the luxury community of Albany has recognized the many benefits of living in The Bahamas and has created environments to both work and live. The Albany Financial Center is a 100,000-square-foot mixedused building within the community designed by the acclaimed firm Morris Adjmi Architects and houses a collection of businesses and corporations who operate from this center of commerce. In addition, the private Windsor School for high school students along with the Albany Golf Academy and Albany Tennis Academy, offer both elite athletic academies for the world’s up-and-coming athletes. As Albany defines Caribbean living, it is no wonder why families from across the globe are calling it home. 

C O L L A B O R AT I V E C O M M U N I T Y Imagined as a Smart City designed to accelerate innovation and well-being, today Lake Nona is a catalyst for economic growth and opportunity. With a life sciences cluster heralded as “the new global destination for medical innovation,” a booming sports and performance district, high-tech innovation centers and a growing commercial district, Lake Nona has become a destination for industry leaders looking to be part of this collaborative performance ecosystem. Lake Nona’s culture of collaboration has a major impact on its development. Companies, organizations and residents are eager to join a business community and neighborhood where everyone is working together and aligned with a common goal – to inspire human potential. This is evident in some of the community’s earliest development projects. Lake Nona’s health and life sciences cluster began more than a decade ago on the premise that collaboration can accelerate breakthroughs. Home to some of the nation’s top hospitals, universities, research institutions and life science companies, Lake Nona attracts like-minded businesses that want to contribute to a centralized focus on medical treatment, research and education including the Veterans Affairs Health System, Cisco, Nemours Children’s Hospital, GuideWell and HCA Healthcare. As the first gigabit community in Florida, Lake Nona continues to lead the way with cutting-edge technology initiatives and partnerships within its living lab. Lake Nona recently launched the region’s first autonomous shuttles

that operate on fixed routes within the community giving residents and visitors a seamless, efficient way to get around. The shuttles are part of a larger transportation strategy, called Move Nona, which plans to expand with additional transportation options including community bikes and electric scooters. Lake Nona’s innovative and collaborative environment also creates one-of-a-kind public spaces designed to bring people together. Earlier this year, Lake Nona welcomed Boxi Park – a co-venture between Tavistock Development and Restaurant companies that integrates forward-thinking development with culinary innovation. The outdoor entertainment venue built from repurposed shipping containers acts as an incubator for dining options with a mix of restaurants and bars, beach volleyball courts and a stage for live entertainment. In addition to Boxi Park, Tavistock Restaurant Collection also opened Park Pizza & Brewing Company in Lake Nona. The community restaurant features a variety of wood-fired, scratch-made pizza in addition to craft beer brewed in-house. While the places built in Lake Nona are special, the true magic of the community is captured in the liveliness of the people there. More than 1,000 community events from holiday celebrations to cycling races and club meetings help bring people together every day. The community’s unique public art program features a variety of art installations throughout the community designed to engage people and activate spaces. In Lake Nona, the thousands of residents, workers and students are connected not just by a 17-squaremile boundary, but by a true sense of community. 

NEW ENGLAND LANDMARKS

With a groundbreaking vision, Tavistock’s latest venture is creating a new standard for best-in-class hospitality. Tavistock Hotel Collection projects balance creativity, thoughtful design and purposeful aesthetics. The Collection’s three marquee projects – Lake Nona Resort & Lagoon and Lake Nona Wave Hotel in Orlando, and Pier Sixty-Six Hotel & Marina in Fort Lauderdale – are transcending the hospitality industry. Located along the southern shore of Lake Nona adjacent to the 100-court U.S. Tennis Association National Campus and Lake Nona Golf & Country Club, Lake Nona Resort is defined by a signature crystal lagoon, where water and glass combine to create an atmosphere of serenity, adventure, and well-being in a resort setting. Lake Nona Wave Hotel provides an elevated experience in a place that looks as vibrant as it makes you feel. Where the local community unwinds in style and travelers indulge in texture, color, depth of design and diversion. A cornerstone of the community’s thriving downtown, Lake Nona Wave Hotel is expected to open in 2021. A South Florida icon for more than 50 years, Pier SixtySix Hotel & Marina is being reimagined so the property’s legacy can continue to endure for generations to come. With its iconic spire-topped tower, world-class marina and exceptional waterfront location, Pier Sixty-Six is leading the way for Fort Lauderdale’s reinvention as a luxury, waterfront destination. The classic hotel tower along with a new 10-story hotel building and amenities including a twotier pool deck, indulgent spa and signature restaurant are expected to open in 2022. The Pier Sixty-Six Marina serves as the oceanic gateway into the yachting capital of the world with more than 5,000 linear feet of dockage and a hub for superyacht vessels. The Pier Sixty-Six Marina recently hosted the inaugural Superyacht Village as part of the 60th Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show – the largest in-water boat show in the world.

In one of America’s oldest cities, a fresh development approach is being planned for the Boston waterfront and the historic Back Bay neighborhood, where Tavistock Development is currently planning two significant projects. Tavistock’s Boston Waterfront project is a complex redevelopment plan for the North End of Boston on the Commercial Wharf Pier. Plans entail the redevelopment of an existing restaurant site and enhanced public spaces and walkways allowing connectivity to the historic Christopher Columbus Park and the Commercial Wharf. Along storied Boylston Street in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood, Tavistock owns more than 55,000 square feet (5,110 square meters) in an exceptional location. Home to two flagship locations within Tavistock Restaurant Collection’s Boston portfolio – Abe & Louie’s and Atlantic Fish Company – the space is within walking distance to notable city sights such as Copley Place, the Prudential Center and the Boston Public Library. 
