Step 1: Go over requirements in this presentation Step 2: Get email proposal / summary and agreement Step 3: Sign off on agreement online (Easy digital signature) Step 4: Make a small commitment fee (Applied toward your campaign deposit) Step 5: Connect with recruiting dept. to shortlist and approve staff for your campaign. Step 6: Make a prepayment on campaign to secure staff asap. (first month, minus recruiting fee) Step 7: Complete our Scope of Work questionnaire to prepare your account for hand-off to operations. Step 8: Get on a conference call with department heads to kick-off account launch Step 9: Track the progress of your account launch through our online project management system (Base Camp)
