figure in five years. For the marketing support category, again the scores were the highest ever, with 90% of homeworkers scoring positively. Sheena Whittle, head of The Personal Travel Agents at Cooperative Travel, said “We’re extremely heartened by the results of our 2018 survey. Over the past six years, we have been striving to create a supportive and nurturing working environment for our Personal Travel Agents and have continued to use our survey results to direct our focus and investment. This research really demonstrates our success in achieving that goal. “The statistic that makes me most proud is that, in the 2018 survey, 97% of our Personal Travel Agents say that when they sit at their desk in the morning, ready to start work, they feel either happy or very happy. I’d like to see that reach 100 % in 2019!”
