FuzeMeeting Canada (An Online Distribution Plan)

SCOPE OF DOCUMENT This document provides an overview of Dezmocom’s plan to roll out FuzeMeeting services in Canada to its existing and conceived reseller, dealer and agent network.

OBJECTIVE The objective of this project is to take the FuzeMeeting US offering and tailor it to the Canadian interconnect and IT markets; primarily targeting SMEs for insertion and delivery of services. The secondary objective is to bundle FuzeMeeting with Dezmocom’s own existing SIP Trunking, Telephony, and IT services to create a bonafide “Office in a Box” type solution for the SME market.

MARKET OPPORTUNITY According to the Key Small Business Statistics report released by the Canadian government in July 2010 there are currently 1 million active small businesses that have employees (excluding self-employed entrepreneurs). From the same report the market is defined as 98% with less than 100 employees. Finally there is an average of 130,000 new small businesses created each year. The Canadian market alone presents a wide open territory for businesses that are thrifty by definition, looking to become more efficient, and lower overall operating costs while increasing business opportunities for themselves. In Canada rate of travel has gone down, sales forces have become externalized, and employees have been pushed to telecommuting further driving down costs. However to unify a decentralized office structure is difficult without a unified communications system that works to meet their needs (such as that of Dezmocom`s offering). To catalyze sales and marketing opportunities, and unify company spirit a centralized presentation and webinar system that can bring education, training, sales and marketing to decentralized employees is essential. A marriage of Dezmocom`s communications in a box and FuzeBox`s FuzeMeeting presentation system is the ideal Office in a box solution for this market!

MARKET ACCESS STRATEGY Dezmocom`s market access strategy is based on a 2 pronged approach:  

Master Dealer/Reseller Model Direct/Agent Model

MASTER DEALER/RESELLER MODEL In the master dealer / reseller model Dezmocom has Master Dealer status in Canada (provinces and territories) through a mutually beneficial wholesale arrangement with Fuzebox, and further the ability to resell FuzeMeeting services through its existing and conceived reseller network. In this model Dezmocom needs that ability to deliver recurring commissions to its resellers based upon customer’s usage. Dezmocom currently does this with its own products that are sold through the reseller network. Typically Dezmocom has given the resellers up to 10% based on the term of engagement for any particular contract. DIRECT/AGENT MODEL In the direct / agent model Dezmocom will work with independent agents and directly engage customers with FuzeMeeting through the combined “office in a box” solution. In this model Dezmocom would still require the ability to deliver commissions based on term of engagement. However for the direct commissions would top out at 8%.

PRODUCT STRATEGY Through its two models outlined above Dezmocom would like to sell FuzeMeeting directly as a stand alone line item, and they also would seek to develop a mutually beneficial office in a box package that could be sold on a 12, 24, or 36 month engagement. The Office in a Box could include:       

FuzeMeeting (Webinar or Professional) Canadian DIDs, Toll-free #’s and Long Distance packages and SIP Trunks Internet Connectivity Hosted Email (Exchange or Google Apps) Remote Management and Monitoring (per device) Web Site Hosting IP PBX (Hosted or on Premise)

To understand the price points that Dezmocom could drive for such a package would require a deeper discussion with FuzeBox into the company’s required margins for FuzeMeeting.

Additionally as part of this product strategy Dezmocom is open to discuss a percentage of sales garnered through such a bundle that would return to FuzeBox that would include the aforementioned margin calculations. INCENTIVE PROGRAM Dezmocom would like to work with FuzeBox to be able to deliver an aggressive incentive program that would quickly help customers convert over to FuzeMeeting`s presentation platform that would entice users to switch from their current platform to FuzeMeeting. e.g. if a customer is signed up with WebEx and currently has 6 months left on their contract then Dezmocom would like to be able to offer them 6 months for free of FuzeMeeting (at a similar level of the platform) provided the customer engages for an additional 6 months or more of service with FuzeMeeting.

COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE Dezmocom believes that by working with FuzeMeeting the office in a box can become a first mover in the Canadian market place. There is currently no similar bundled offering that spans Sales, Marketing, Training, Telephony & IT / Infrastructure with a consistent set of easily useable tools. This bundle would be the first of its kind in Canada. The Canadian marketplace is confused and cluttered with many products and services being offered by many distributors, dealers, and interconnects. Yet not one of these organizations completely understands the technical, and telephony needs of their customers from end to end. Dezmocom is different. We are made up IT and Telephony subject matter experts with a combined experience of nearly 40 years.

Dezmocom Communications sees itself as having a competitive advantage for the distribution of FuzeMeeting because of its reseller network, its direct agents, and its intimate knowledge of the Canadian small business market.

Andreas Labrakis Andreas Labrakis is an entrepreneur and mentor who has over 16 years highly focused business development, sales and marketing experience. Sandeep S. Panesar, B.Eng. Sandeep Panesar is an entrepreneur who has been bringing value to businesses for the past 15 years. He has participated in organizations in capacities as the CEO, COO, CMO and President. His particular areas expertise are: determining project viability (whether from a financial, technology, or organizational capacity), development and implementation of business processes, delivery of efficiency, and start up consulting. He has worked as an entrepreneur developing businesses for companies and building value in the information technology / information security, and telecommunications sectors. He currently holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, and has previously worked designing surgical instrumentation in his capacity as a Biomedical Engineer.
