Dear Tushar, It gives me immense pleasure to propose Akshay Nagpal for the position of Local Committee President of AIESEC in Delhi IIT. From my interaction and working with Akshay, I can pledge that he is one of the most passionate and intelligent people I have come across. The passion and commitment that he has shown towards AIESEC through his journey in this organization is truly commendable. He is a very sincere person who gives his full efforts to the work he takes up, and the commitment he shows is just amazing.

Through a quick conversation with him, you would be extremely comfortable yet motivated.

The way Akshay empathizes with various situations and people and acts accordingly makes him the incredible person that he is. Demonstrating confidence and discipline in everything that he does, makes him stand out from the rest.

Personally, I have always admired his personality, ambition, and personal drive. One of the main qualities that I admired in him was his dedication to always do his best no matter the task. He has grabbed every single opportunity that came his way and excelled in all of them. Akshay has always been the one who went that extra mile to prove his caliber.

Being the Vice President of Development Sector, he has always set strong standards in everything he has done – from doing the highest in terms of exchange numbers to financially sustaining the portfolio. His management style produced the expected results because he succeeded to instill a sense of urgency into people which was combined with his social abilities of inspiring people around him and be aware of their feelings and needs.

If I were asked what was that one thing that sets Akshay apart from everybody, my answer would be Akshay’s ability to get along with people with ease and make them feel motivated to accomplish even the most difficult task in the world.

The level of though and contribution that he has added not just to his portfolio but the organization as a whole, is invaluable. He now stands tall with a whole lot of learning backing him that would make him a global leader tomorrow. Taking all these into consideration, I propose with great pleasure and honor Akshay Nagpal as being the ideal candidate for the position of Local Committee President in AIESEC in Delhi IIT for the term 2017-2018, as I am convinced that he is very capable of managing and inspiring AIESEC in Delhi IIT during his year.
