Polish Cuisine Polish presidency is a great occasion to promote Polish cuisine. One of the most renowned Polish cuisine masters, Adam Chrząstowski, is the supervisor of the creation of an excellent menu with Polish dishes based on local products, prepared for high level meetings in Poland and Brussels. Foreign delegations and journalists visiting Poland during the presidency will additionally receive a packet of recipes for Polish dishes. The recipes are modernly set up by 16 chefs, 3 foreigners among them, who work daily in the best Polish restaurants. The starting point of each recipe is a product associated commonly with Polish cuisine (e.g. herring, cucumber, groats, poppy seeds, venison). Each recipe is preceded by a description of the product that is illegible for a foreigner. It also includes the product’s cultural context. The publication is enhanced by modern illustrations. The publication is available on the presidency’s site
