Welcome to Leas Cliff Hall!
As we look to the end of 2022 and the upcoming year, we look back on a successful season that was full of fantastic shows, high-value productions, and unforgettable events that delighted and entertained thousands of theatregoers.
With 2023 fast approaching, we are proud to bring even more incredible acts to Folkestone and beyond; from Whitney – Queen of the Night, One Night of Elvis – Lee ‘Memphis’ King, and Fisherman’s Friends to Sounds of the 60s Live with Tony Blackburn, Lulu – For The Record, and A Country Night in Nashville – Leas Cliff Hall continues to be Kent’s premier live entertainment venue! Our doors are always open and there’s no better place than our Leas Cliff Shelter Café to enjoy a hot drink and a bite to eat. Whether you want to gaze out over the glorious and dramatic English Channel or catch up with friends over a delicious slice of cake, our café is the perfect spot to sit back and relax. You can keep up-to-date on all the opening times on our social media. We are thrilled to once more be offering tickets for selected shows at just £13 per ticket –look for the red star next to performances detailed in this brochure. I look forward to welcoming you to Leas Cliff Hall very soon.

You’re new to the Leas Cliff Hall team; what attracted you to this role?
I’ve always loved theatre from a young age, my parents used to take me to see ‘Rod, Jane and Freddy’ in Canterbury every year so it’s a natural draw for me. It’s a pleasure to be working at Leas Cliff Hall and I’m already loving everything this venue and the team stand for.
What productions are you looking forward to?
I can’t wait to see Whitney – Queen of the Night, The Psychology Of Serial Killers with Jennifer Rees, and Beyond The Barricade. There’s such a diverse selection that caters to all tastes and that’s exciting.

Why is live entertainment important?
Live theatre and entertainment are crucial for so many reasons; whether you enjoy going to see a show by yourself or going with a group of friends, it can bring people together, help you reflect, and make you sing, dance or cry. Live entertainment harnesses real emotion and transforms it into something special that can’t be replicated.
