If you go jogging, do so for about 15 minutes and keep a slow and relaxed pace. You are not trying to improve your running skills here. If you decide to go walking, do that for about 20 minutes instead. In this case, try to walk a bit faster than usual. Take big firm steps and concentrate on your breathing. Move your arms, too, but don't overdo it so that it looks ridiculous. It should be a natural-looking but fast walk. While you were sleeping, your body had time to relax and decompress itself. The morning stretches we did improved this even more. While walking or jogging, we want to make use of this and lengthen your legs a bit while filling our body with oxygen and sunlight. When you get back home, eat a good healthy breakfast that you like. After that, proceed with your daily chores. Eat only healthy foods today and drink water instead of soda. When you come back home in the evening, sit down for five minutes, close your eyes and relax your whole body by breathing deeply. After that, stand up and stretch your body a bit by raising your hands above your head, as if someone was pulling you up into the air. Set a time to go to bed so that you can sleep at least eight hours this night. When you sleep, try to sleep flat on your back so that you can relax and decompress your spinal column really well.
