AIS TITANS AQUATICS
WHY SWIM? Swimming is a life-long sport that everyone can enjoy. Regular training and competition help children build strength, aerobic fitness, coordination and stamina. Children who train and compete together also develop a competitive spirit within a close-knit team and community. Their discipline, concentration, commitment and confidence all improve, benefiting their performances in the classroom, and at home as much as in the pool.

AIS SPRINT INVITATIONAL Every year, the AIS Swim Squad hosts the AIS Sprint Invitational. Around 350 swimmers aged 5 – 17 from in and around Ho Chi Minh city compete in this 1-day event. We aim for this meet to be a relaxed and fun event for all the younger and/or new swimmers, parents and coaches. Hosting a meet is very valuable as it brings the AIS Swim Squad families together. It gives the team a strong sense of togetherness. It makes being part of a team fun and positive for everyone involved – swimmers, parents and coaches. Our AIS Sprint Invitational is one of the highlights of the year for the squad. The meet is usually held in March each year.
