Andrew Rall Founder and CEO at Distillery 031 January 2009 – Present (8 years 4 months) Durban Area, South Africa Distillery 031, KZN’s first craft distillery, is pioneering local artisanal spirits including Gin, Vodka, Rum, Cachaca and Absinthe. Complimenting the distillery is 031 Bar & Restaurant which is surrounded by the working distillery and looks out over the railway tracks towards the ocean. Distillery 031 is located in The Foundry, formerly a derelict three-storey clothing factory, which has been re-purposed into a multi-use create hub. The Foundry was one of the pioneers of Durban’s first urban renewal zone, the Station Drive Precinct.
