Pony Club is a non profit organization open to children with an interest in horses, from the age of 6 to adults up to the age of 21. You do not have to have a pony, it is open to horses of all sizes. Pony Club is a leading source of equine education in Canada and recognized worldwide. This year we have incorporated the Green Certificate Equine program into our stable management lessons.

one week of camp in the summer and many clinics that are offered throughout the region. Our stable management clinics run throughout the spring just outside of Airdrie. This year we are hosting the Regional E/D rally in July.

Members have an opportunity to learn horsemanship, dressage, jumping, eventing, gymkhana games and Tetrathlon in a fun safe environment. Members also get the opportunity to meet other members from around the region, country and from many parts of the world. There is no pressure to compete in any of the disciplines, but there are shows held in the region every year. Many of our members have gone on to compete all over the world and represent their country at the Olympics.

There are 14 clubs in the Southern Alberta Region, with Airdrie being within easy reach of four of them. Pegasus has been the main Airdrie club for around 19 years, we now ride out of the Delacour Community grounds every Tuesday evening through the summer. We have
