Nose Creek Valley Museum Nose Creek Valley Museum has been taking its visitors back in time for over 25 years, celebrating over 100 years of Airdrie and area’s history. Historical collections and displays give a glimpse into what agriculture, the Military, automobiles, farm machinery, nature, geography and topography were like. Visitors can find life-like illustrations of The First Nation’s, pioneer life, a blacksmith’s shop and a general store.
Hours of Operation: Sept. 1 – May 31: Monday – Friday 1 pm - 5 pm Saturday & Sunday 1 pm - 4:30 pm June 1 – Aug. 31 Monday - Friday 10 am - 5 pm Saturday & Sunday 1 pm - 4:30 pm
Meeting rooms are available for rent, the proceeds of which go back to the museum. The museum is located at 1701 Main Street S.W. The Nose Creek Valley Museum also operates the Airdrie Visitor Information Center at this location. The first house built in Airdrie was by A.E. Bowers in 1901
