“I don’t specifically look at my job description by word and deliver what is requested from me. For the company my job has to be delivered already, you can only differentiate yourself when you go out of the comfort zone and deliver what was not expected from you.”
“We help our customers in the digital transformation journey, also, digitizing their backend systems, and introducing artificial intelligence. I am passionate about innovation. Innovation doesn’t stop and has no limit. We keep on learning and exploring new stuff every day, last project we sold was a pure innovation to one of our leading banks in the region, and project consists of an artificial agent, able to answer most of customer queries. Once that artificial Agent brain is mature, we will be moving it to serve customers using different media, could be IPTV How about banking from home using your TV, Mobile, and having an artificial personal assistant helping you getting what you want.

“Before approaching a client with any product we must understand his needs. And mainly his need is his customer’s need. I make sure I understand exactly the expectation and generate a project that might not be including only our technology. I should not limit myself to what product we have, rather to what our customers need. Also, after deploying the project, I also make sure I keep visiting the client to make sure he got the ROI we promised before selling the solution.” The internal culture at any company is vital in order to achieve and maintain success in the industry. In order to stay competitive and current in the market, Rodolph highlights what needs to be done in order to ensure they are the best option for clients. “I spend most of my time meeting my clients from different departments; I learn from them; I study their business in details. That’s the only way we can grab their attention and offer them exactly what they have been looking for. In the future, the industry faces many changes. Avaya is moving from hardware to Software and Services company, we feel all hardware technology companies will fade away and software companies will be dominant.” In 2017 and beyond, Rodolph shares his thoughts on what the future holds for both the firm as well as his own career. “My company has a strong vision, and a clear roadmap, software and Services Company can never fail, we are not looking to serve our customers using our solution only, we will provide what customer wants. “With regards to my own career, my family business is in development and under construction, therefore I will be able to start a company providing smart building and smart city. I believe this will be the future business.”
