Holdencopley draws on the vast experience of its directors and staff to offer clients across Nottingham the very highest standards of service, supporting them in selling, buying and letting their properties. The market in Nottingham is extremely strong, currently, as there is a 10-year shortage in the numbers of properties available with an abundance of buyers, prices have been boosted massively by this shortage. For example, most properties around the ÂŁ125k mark are genuinely sold within the first week of marketing, some sold prior to marketing with many offers for the same property, we achieve on average around 98% of asking prices. As such, the future looks bright for Holdencopley, although there remain challenges which the firm is excited to overcome. The biggest obstacle that the company faces over the coming months will be the abolishment of tenant fees, as this will remove a source of income for the company. Whilst many other agents will hang on to the bitter end to charge the tenant, Holdencopley are aiming to change the perception of estate and letting agents by being the first in Nottingham to stop charging tenants, and as such will abolish the fees before the legislation is put into place. Ultimately, HoldenCopley has achieved phenomenal success since inception, and moving forward the team are keen to build upon this and maintain and grow their reputation for excellence in client service.
