Our Development Process
The values we uphold guide our decisions and support the achievement of our organizational goals.
Introduction to AIESEC
We lead by example and inspire leadership through action and results, taking full responsibility for developing others.
We are consistent and transparent in our decisions and actions, fulfilling our commitments and conducting ourselves in a way that is true to our values.
We seek to learn from the different ways of life and opinions represented in our multicultural environment.
We create a dynamic environment through the active and enthusiastic participation of individuals.
Striving for Excellence
We aim to deliver the highest quality performance in everything we do, through creativity and innovation.
We act in a way that is sustainable for our organization and society, taking into account the needs of future generations.
AIESEC’s operations are entirely managed by students, enabling young people to gain valuable skills and competencies in a practical way.
Students involved in AIESEC develop management, entrepreneurial and leadership skills by taking responsibility over projects and leading teams in various functional areas.
Our innovative development process allows students to practice their soft skills - team management, public speaking, cross-cultural communication, time management, training and facilitation.
By interacting with international interns and participating in the Global Internship Program themselves, students become more culturally sensitive and socially responsible.
Heading for the Future
In the final stage of the process, students prepare to enter the workforce as young professionals using the skills, competencies and networks gained throughout their AIESEC experience. Our international platform enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential, ultimately having a positive impact on society.

AIESEC can source talent with particular language or technical skills from specific regions that are not readily available or affordable. We provide candidates with unique skill sets, leadership qualities and global mindsets that address your hiring needs.
The Global Internship Program allows you to manage seasonal peak times and special projects with high-quality, temporary international talent. Interns can stay for short or long term internships ranging from 6 to 78 weeks (18 months) with start and end dates that suit your organization’s needs.
The job description and candidate profile is outlined and designed in consultation with your organization, and we take care of the rest. AIESEC makes arrangements for visa paperwork and processing, finding accommodation, and integrating the intern into the community.
With an AIESEC Intern, you have access to qualified candidates for minimal costs, as our interns are looking for both personal and professional development. The expenses consist of the Intern’s salary (recommended minimum $2,000 monthly) and the administration fee for our work.
