A Trip Around Recruitment Core Workspace The Apps You can find the App tab at the top of the page.

Activity App This App works exactly like a Facebook Wall Page, all the updates made in the recruitment core workspace will appear. You are allowed to post commentaries and questions.

Departments App

In this App we can find the different areas in AIESEC. The description and main contact of each one of them can be displayed by clicking on top of the area you want to see. The information will display in the right side of the page.

Job Descriptions App

Here you’ll be able to find JDs for recruitment, and also you are able to add your own if needed. In these tiles you’ll find the description, AIESEC competencies, professional competencies needed, main description, which department belongs to and profile needed for the JD.

How to add your own Job Descriptions 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.

Click in the Button (right side of the page). Add a Job description title. Select a department from the list displayed. Select a profile for the JD. Select the date the JD is going to be opened from the calendar. Fill the main description of the JD and skills required for it. Example:

Select the Professional Competencies required from the list displayed (5 Competencies Max). Select the AIESEC competencies required from the list displayed. Add files and tags if needed. Click the Save button.

AIESEC Competencies App Here you’ll be able to see the five competencies in AIESEC, each tile contains the description of the competency, and you can display the information by clicking the tile.

Professional Competencies App This app holds the names and descriptions of the skills and competencies that we can look for in future AIESECers. In each tile you’ll be able to find the Name, main Description, Sample Questions, files and related items of each Professional competency. By clicking in the tile you can display the competency information.

Know Your LC Recruitment Workspace Add People to LC Recruitment Workspace Adding people to you LC Recruitment workspace is very important, most of the fields in the following apps will need a responsible person or a team leader to fill most of the forms.

In this App you can see all the teams in your LC and also be able to see the following information:    

Team Name Department Team purpose Number of people in the team

Type the Team name Select a Department from the displaying list Type the team purpose (description of the department, aims and objectives) Type number of people in the team Select profiles needed Add files and tags if needed. Click Save NOTE: Add all your teams in your LC

Role Opening App In this App you can add and see all the Role openings in your LC. Each tile has the information of this Role opening such as role tittle, department, Main contact, target opening date, target closing date, job description, Role Goals and files.

NOTE: This list comes from the JDs added in the “Job descriptions App” at Recruitment Core Workspace. 9. Type in the Role goals. 10. Add files and tags if needed. 11. Click Save button.

Person of interest App This app will be an online form for people interested in joining AIESEC. In these tiles you can find the following information of your applicants: name, university, field of studies, if they want to join AIESEC now or if they want to join an information session. You’ll need to assign a responsible for the applicant.

Add a Person of Interest The Webform will be integrated on the website, this means that all people that want to apply will have to go through the website in order to apply.

Note: CV, résumé, and recommendations are added as files to share with the other members of this Space.

How to add a responsible Person for your applicant Click on the applicant tile you’d like to add a responsible person, the information of this applicant will display in the right side of the page. Scroll down until you find the “person of interest field” and click on the

button and select the person responsible for the applicant.

Note: People appearing in the list are the ones you added to the LC recruitment Workspace. Note 2: Don’t forget to assign tasks for this person.

How to assign task for the person responsible When you assign a person responsible for the applicant tasks must be assigned in order to keep track of this applicant. The first thing you have to do is display the information of the applicant by clicking on his/her tile, the information will display in the right side of the page, scroll down until you find the responsible person you assigned and click in the “actions” button and select assign task form the displayed menu.

This window will appear. Fill the fields needed and click on create task.

Potential AIESEC App This app will help you in your interview, and also select the status of application of you person of interest. In each tile you’ll find basic info, the profile they’re applying for, the responsible for the applicant, the competencies they’re best at, competencies he’d like to develop, candidate stage, interview output and related job opening.

IMPORTANT!     

Enter as many of the candidates details as possible. Please copy the email text into the comments or add to résumé. CV, résumé, and recommendations are added as files to share with the other members of this Space. Once you have published this applicant, please rate and add tasks to ensure follow up. When posting this app as a webform, be sure to select only the fields that you wish for the candidate to select themselves. For example: the job they are applying for, résumé, and their contact information.

Click in the button (right side of the page). Type the name of the contact. Select a university from de displaying list. Select the profile he’s applying to. Add profile picture. Add link to application video. Select a responsible person for the applicant from the displaying list. Select competencies he’s best at from the displaying list Select competencies the applicant would like to develop from the displaying list Select a candidate Stage from the options shown in the field. Type in the interview output. Select Related job openings from the displaying list (the options come from the Role openings app) Add files and tags if needed. Click the save button.

Note: the applicant will do steps 1 to 4 and 6. Steps 7 to 13 will be completed by an VP/OC.

All TMP Members App This App allows you to track the member you already accepted from recruitment. These tiles contain the following information about the new member: Name, app reference, team leader, person’s mentor, induction process, what is still to learn, what motivates this person and the five competencies he/she want to acquire.

How to add a TMP Member 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7.

Click on the button (right side of the page) Type the name of the new TMP member. Select the Application reference from the displayed list (this options come from the Potential AIESEC app submissions) Select a person’s team leader (this option come from the team App) Person’s mentor (this options come from the members you added to your workspace) Select a percentage of induction process by locating the bar in the percentage wanted. Type in what is still to learn for this member. Example:
