Who`s the King? GCDPo!

In GCDPo we send Russian people to different countries (mostly China, India, Brazil, etc) to work in social projects as volunteers. People work on various goals (such as teaching, taking care of nature or informing about danger from some illnesses). Russian people enjoy experience to work in an international team with other volunteers from all over the world. Such a unique experience change intern`s life and influence on people around him/her.

Big Boss (Project manager) JD: Planning, tracking of new big structure and tracking of TLs, rick management, innovations implementations, etc TLs JD: Realization of your pool (promo, selection or matching) in a professional way, driving, providing TM with education, tracking TMs, etc

GCDPI PROJECTS SunShine December 2012 - August 2013 The biggest project in AIESEC RUSSIA. Based on interns work with summer camps of Saint-Petersburg region. One team will work on two peaks of realization in June and July. Job description: Advanced team&group management (about 8 TMs + about 40 interns); Sales (raising); International HR management (matching, delivery); Volunteers recruitment (hosts, buddies, helpers); Education system research and development

CultFest December 2012 - August 2013 Organizing big cultural events in Saint-Petersburg in different parts of the city. Also organizing supportive events like: cultural parties, external festivals and speaking clubs. Work in a new system "Big Boss". Due to this TLs and TMs can work in one part of the project or can be allocated on another stage of the project.

GIPI Project name: Career Start-up Project dates: 1 December- 1 August Decription: This project is aimed to ecnourage foreign graduates and post-graduates to come to Saint-Peterburg and get their professional experience in management and marketing field working for developed and developing companies. Goal: 5 MT Re JD: -December education+trainings -January: market reseach, making working tools, forming date base for Raising, setting goals+making action steps list, making SWOT, working out a new commercial offer, working out servicing prosses -February: first raising with VP, working with datebase, making datebase from myaiesec.net(potential candidates), working with cooperations, making JD for team -Mach:working with team, building it(fitting emails, setting communicvation, making 2-net pages, setting work rules, teambilding) coaching team, making team spirit, Raising with team, divide responsibilities, coaching in Raising, Er synergy, Raising campaing -win together -April: setting up Raising team, encourage members to make phone calls, meetings , synergy with ER- companies potential partners and sponsors -May:setting up Matching team+ trainings about Matching -June:Matching boom, matching with cooperations+ high-quality servicing -August:Prepare for reception, matching, follo-up activites- follow -up booklet, promo-materials.

Project name: Lingua Project dates: 1 Ferbuary - 20 October Decription: Lingua project is objected to setting -up relations with lingvo-school in Saint-Petersburg and bring qualiffied langage teachers to meet the demand of languages market and to make AIESEC a first choice partner. Goal: 4 TN Re JD: -December education+trainings -January: market reseach, making working tools, working with target, making new commercial offer, looking for new developing language school, working with existing base, visitng different lingvo school(pretending to be a customer)- making market analysis- prices, how many people, general impression, sending commericial offers -February: first raising with VP, making datebase from myaiesec.net(potential candidates), working with cooperations C2C, making JD for team, -Mach:working with team, building it(fitting emails, setting communicvation, making 2-net pages, setting work rules, teambilding) coaching team, making team spirit, Raising with team, divide responsibilities, coaching in Raising -April: raising with effort, making teambuilding, working with potential candidates data base, working with promotion campaign in facebook and promoting project with different Lcs. Forming Matching team, Synergy with GCDPi, teambulidings together, interns for events , sometimes for meetings with the companies -May:Match or die, teambilding, synergy with GCDPi- matching together-matching campaing with valuable prizes. -June:Matching boom, matching with cooperations+ high-quality servicing of partners-make event for patrtners with GCDPi interns from NSS project -August: all formes matched, visa issues, teambilding, encourge people to become leaders or managers in LC -September:delivery prosess, first realisation -October:follow-up, teambuilding, making promo-materials
