Conference Atmosphere

Youth Square and AIESEC Hong Kong Partnership Proposal | Page 6

Because of our culture of innovation and out-of-the box thinking, our conferences are usually quite unique. Because of this, our conference agenda’s require a dynamic environment, which we find Youth Square to be.

Lecture Hall Small-Group Workshops

With the objectives that we are trying to reach in each conference, each session block needs to be very flexible. With an all-in-one location, AIESEC conferences will have the freedom to could incorporate breakout sessions, lectures, small-group discussions, and consultation within a large, open room.

Sample Agenda of Other Conferences On the right, is a sample agenda of our national conferences, which we hold on a quarterly basis: January, April, July, and October. These conferences are for 50-200 delegates, depending on the agenda and objective of the conference outcome. We would like to start holding these conferences in Youth Square to make use of the all-in-one accommodation/plenary uniqueness of Youth Square. AIESEC has been present in Hong Kong since 1967, so we foresee a long-term and multi-engagement partnership with Youth Square.
