Global Change Maker Global change maker is the national brand for oGCDP in Egypt. We believe that not only does the exchange experience change the student’s life but also it create a change in the society he lives in. GCM acts as an umbrella for 6 different issues our EPs travel to work on. In AIESEC GUC, we have 3 main projects tailored to provide our students with experience in Education, Culture, Environment, Health, Social work or Human Rights; issues that affect any community in today’s world

During National Re-planning Meeting 2013, AIESEC GUC won “The most innovative entity” award.

   

 


What makes them SPECIAL French Speakers What makes the French university in Cairo unique is the very high caliber of its student. Not only are they highly qualified academically but tbeing Excellent French speakers is what makes them stand out.

Doctors What makes Misr International University different tahn any other campus is having faculty of Medicine within. Having a high number os students aware medically and with major health issues around the world makes them impactful on any health related project.

Technicals What makes Higher Technology Institute special is having a high caliber specialized in the field of IT, Engineering & Business making them fit for any IT related projects. Also, this campus acts as a very strong potential for GIP projects.

Our vision is to deliver a full experience by involving, developing & impacting all stakeholders because we are a stand for contributing to changing the world today. We do that through our 3 main pillars; Providing a full AIESEC experience for the members, Positive impact on and engagement in the Egyptian community and Reception, servicing and learning quality. We serve our vision through our Global Managerial Projects & Global Social Projects.

Reception & Servicing AIESEC GUC’s servicing promise is "Every intern should embrace the full Egyptian experience, learn about themselves and others and reach their full potential during theirstay". In AIESEC GUC, servicing is not just about logistical and cultural needs, servicing is a learning program designed to make your interns’ summer a real self-development journey.

During IPM 2013, AIESEC GUC got a GCP for our OGX Matching.

During MENA XLDS 2013, AIESEC GUC won the “Absolute Growth ” award.

   

 


GLOBAL MANAGERIAL PROJECTS Make a Difference MAD Tackles the impact of talent,art and culture.The interns work on planning,and arranging events for cultural center and art centers ,to nourish the egyptian culture and get a glimpse of what it is afterall.

Draw a Smile DaS aims at improving the lives of orphan children through teaching them crafts, arts, computer skills & improve their English through games & other activities. Also, aims at helping special needs children in Egypt.

Kolyana A project that uses capacity building to build NGOS,through a four phase program on 5 months. The 1st phase is IT & Database, The second phase is the CSR phase & the third Phase is Marketing.

Little Hands Interns represent cultural ambassadors to their countries, they come here as representatives to their countries customs & traditions, they teach children in prestigious nurseries & camps how to be more open-minded.

Revival This project partners with other student run organizations ,that share a similar mission alike AIESEC ,and supports a cause of community development. Interns join such organizations on their planning & process implementation.

Aware Me This project gathers a team of interns into an experience where they prepare awareness materials related to health & envirionment & work on delivering it to children & youth through nurseries,schools & cultural centers.

   

 


GLOBAL SOCIAL PROJECTS Around the World This project works on familiarizing Egyptian youth with other cultures, traditions, and life styles about people from other countries by which a group of interns work on delivering sessions to a group of students

AIESEC Schools This project works with school students and teaching them what leadership is & how to become more cultural aware. The interns will be receiving training sessions by Ashoka, one of the worlds leading NGOs.

iEXIST The project is aimed at combining perspective of Egyptian and international inters to student currently existing BCPs (Best Case Practices) in different countries and eras of a certain humanitarian issue

Discover Egypt The project aims at familiarizing the Egyptians & international youth with the Egyptian culture. In partnership with NGOs & touristic companies, interns & Egyptian delegates travel around Egypt to explore its wonders.

The Transition The Transition is a after school activity for high school graduates that aim at giving them a transition for college, in addition to enlightening sessions in self-development, youth philosophy, and social entrepreneurship.

In AIESEC GUC our Outgoing Global internsship Program run 3 projects. 2 of which are ongoing throughout the year, IT PROs & BUSINESS ACES.. We have one newly initiated EDUCATIONAL project that will start by September.

AMBASSADORSHIP PROGRAM

The Program PRE exchange

AIESEC GUC EPs attend a preparation designed & composed of 5 workshiops exchange & AIESEC related.

DURING exchange

During exchange the EPs act as AIESEC GUC ambassadors through 2 main channels; Quality Assurance & EwA through CEEDership opportunities.

POST exchange

After the EPs finish their exchange journey, their final contribution as the entity’s ambassadors revlove around showcasing their experience whether through a blog, testimonial or video and going through an EP LNA.

During National Induction Conference 2012, AIESEC GUC won “Organzing Conferences Excellence” award.

   

 


CEEDers PROGRAM

Offered Fields International Relations

The intern gets to be the ambassador of his/her home LC and learn more about maintaining international relations among two entities; AIESEC GUC and his/her home LC. The intern learns more about the technicalities regarding providing projects' opportunities whether for AIESEC GUC EPs or interns from LCs abroad.

EP Preparation

Where the intern gets to be on the other side of table of having EPs. Whether it's conducting interviews, bonding with AIESEC GUC's EPs or giving them sessions about exchange, the intern surely has a chance to gain and enhance a lot of both soft and technical skills as well as get to know more about the Egyptian mindset towards exchange.

Sales & Media

the perfect chance for interns, especially with a sales background or have technical skills regarding media exposures, to train and put their knowledge into practice.The intern gets to explore a different part of AIESEC GUC where he/she learns how we reach out for more than anyone has. He/she learns more about how to identify and target potential customers. This is the place for innovations!.
