Job Description Coordinate all the activities along with Youth Market, are going to do, and the processes during the selling phase, logistic, infosessions and MRBs, to guaranty the complete enrollment of all the students that have received the message at the Univalle. Guarantee the process of effective sales to the people who apply at the national link and in the local events. Assurance the conversion rate between applicants and RA, an effective rate. Skills Required for the Role Team management Sales skills Oratorical skills Knowledge of supply / demand platform. Advance knowledge of AIESEC Way, EP Flow, GCDP Products and XPP. Functions Establish along with Youth Market, the strategies to reach potential EPs. Ensure the correct delivery of the Ciudadano Global message to all the students of the Univalle.
oGCDP Work in synergy with F&M, TM and Youth Market. Also with all the coordinations inside oGCDP. Use PODIO, look the new applicants and uploaded the information of the EPs that passes the selection process. Keep updated. Impulse the sellers to make as much sales as they can and to reach all the public selected. Conduct infosessions and workshops. Make presence in student events and business to our target audience. Key Performance Indicators # of applicants. # of MRBs. # of raises. # of aligned Profiles with supply and demand in platform.
