Job Description Leading the strategy and execution of generating public relations plan directed specifically to the youth market AIESEC programs creating and promoting new stakeholders from the events. Contributing to the selling goals of ogx and tm area mainly. Functions Strategy and Management • Attend local/national education and strategy meetings (Chats, Training and education cycle meetings) • Apply management issues: Organization and Functions Manual, Training plans, Strategic plans. • Support the regional process of expansion. • Ensure transition process with your successor elected. Analyze the market • Monitoring chosen market segments • Constantly checking Net promoter score, myaiesec.net and PODIO in order to obtain useful information for operational areas and for promoting and positioning the brand.
Strategies for sales • Planning and execution of strategies for public relationships focused. Design and production of advertising materials to promote AIESEC programs for public relations requirements. Reporting • Gather and administer the feedback, inputs and reporting to Executive Board. • Make reports to General Assembly, strategic units and Local Development Board. • Final report to LCVP MKT.
