Job Description Leading all the promotional strategy for iGCDP, planning and executing market analysis, sales strategies and collateral design, loyalty and showcasing strategies. Follow up team members to run activities. Motivation to work with passion and achieve goals. Weekly communication with organizations Functions Strategy and Management • Lead the global professional team; maintain it with high motivation and retention rate. • Attend local/national education and strategy meetings (Chats, Training and education cycle meetings) • Apply management issues: Organization and Functions Manual, Training plans, Strategic plans. • Support the regional process of expansion. • Ensure transition process with your successor elected. Analyze the market • Monitoring chosen market segments • Constantly checking Net promoter score, myaiesec.net and PODIO in order to obtain useful information for operational areas and for promoting and positioning the brand.

Reporting • Gather and administer the feedback, inputs and reporting to Executive Board. • Make reports to General Assembly, strategic units and Local Development Board. • Final report to LCVP MKT.
