What is NPS? NPS or Net Promoter Score, is a survey that allow us to know if we are accomplish our value proposition and if our EPs are receiving the 16 S&S that we promess in the LDM (Leadership Development Model)

So, here we'd like to invite you to be part of this challenge.

Knowing how's your EP's experience, what's their feedback, and how can we improve our operation with leadership development as the focus.

How can I join this challenge?

Just simply ask your EP to ďŹ ll out the NPS in Opportunity Portal and that's it!

Simple, right?

Why only ICX? In EXPA, for this summer, we can see only the NPS of ICX.

When can my EPs fill the NPS?

It’s the number of respondents over the total of complete during April 1st until every Thursday (IGV) or Friday(IGT) of September

When can I see the results?

In the internal FB Group (Malaysian AIESECers) Every thursday for the iGV ranking and every Friday for iGT.
