Words from 2019 LCP Throw back to all my memories of being one of a LCEB, this is the most unforgettable experience in my life, I had countless growth no matter mentally of physically during that time, if Middle structure is the positioning of testing your leadership and learn to develop your leadership, then LCEB is the role to showcase your leadership. As the highest role in LC, LCEB holds great power and responsibilities of making dreams come true, making decisions valuable, though there will be failure and frustration and lost, but the chances are for the ones who are willing and dare to, cheers when you get there! Application package PART ONE, motivation video: Please film a video, the content should include your motivation, and post it on Facebook group of our LC PART TWO, cv: Please make a one page CV in PDF, the content should include your AIESEC and non-AIESEC experience. PART THREE, general questions: You have to answer all general question, and you’ll need to answer specific ones when you’re applying that function PART FOUR, endorsement letters: Please submit 5 endorsement letters, 2 from your teammate, 2from your members, 1 from your leader, 1 from yourself. If your don’t have enough member or teammate, change into leaders

Questionnaire We have 7 functions, each function will have general part and specific part, and all applicants must answer the general parts of all functions, only if you want to apply the function VP you’ll have to answer the specific function question. You can have 2 favorite function to apply, and 1 least favorite function to apply, for all the three(2+1) function that you choose, you’ll have to answer the specific question of the function later
