The idea is to blend the historical legacy of Oman into this modern and new school. Where the distribution of the playing area has been inspired by the division of agricultural land in Oman, known locally as ALJLBAA, which is a division of different sizes of the size of the crop and surrounded by the â€žirrigation systemâ€œ. Figure Ground Plan The building is located in Mumbai. The city is a peninsula with three leading roads and the building stands parallel with one of the leading roads along the ocean, it also stands between the two coasts. The plot has a sqaure shape which is aglined with a street on the north side and it has a dead-ended street positioned on the west side of the building.The building is a tower with a sqaure footprint which is place on the edge of the plot towards the east side. 0m

A GROUND FLOOR
The house belonged to Zahran bin Zahr Alhinaaii, which was built around 100 years ago. It has a winter majlis in the ground floor which is totally closed unlike the summer majlis in the first floor; it has openings to allow fresh air to flow through. It has also a well, a room to store dates, a space in the kitchen was used to grind the grain, and a courtyard; an open space for gathering.
There are three entances to get into the house. A big courtyard with huge columns. There are four stairways that ascend to different rooms in the first floor.
The rooms were not accessible, but they have many windowsand some of them have mashrabiya; to get cool air into the rooms during the summer.
There are three different types of openings; small holes for ventilation, normal windows, and mashrabiya

This accommodation features a green space at each level. Surrounded by Mashrabiya on the one hand, which gives the residence quiet lighting and a distinctive style during the day all this would provide an environment suitable for students
