AIA Arizona is the statewide component of the American Institute of Architects. AIA Arizona was chartered on October 1, 1959, with the offices being located in Phoenix and Tucson. Currently in Arizona, there are three chapters: AIA Phoenix Metro, AIA Grand Canyon in Northern Arizona, and AIA Southern Arizona in Tucson. There are just over 1,400 members statewide. AIA Arizona is part of the Western Mountain Region, along with Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.
