Library is a very vital part of the society. A well-equiment library can be a significant weapon to change the society. Library is not only a building to house books but a public centre for gathering and civic body.

Public buildings in India often are a neglected component and end up to be illmaintained and dead. hence its very significant to keep them self sustaining so they require minimum maintainance. G.R.I.H.A ratings in particular is an answer to this.

I hence chosed to design a City Public Library in Nagpur with G.R.I.H.A rating, because Nagpur being one of the largest cities in central india and 2nd capital to Maharashtra lacks a Public Library.

The multipurpose hall and other activities are located on the south block to prevent the higher footfall disturbing the library ambience. The Library is open 24hrs whereas the south block only on events. The Library has a centrally located courtyard with free reading area. All the floors trasition into each other through ramps, purposely done to make people explore the building. All the indiviual sections have their own vertical transition devices. The library also has a indoor amphitheater for which can be used for various Library activities and events.

Derived the concept from the stack of books, My idea was to design a icon for Nagpur which the city never had. Site located on the N.H 69 which is the highway to delhi is chosen to this prominance.

The also aim to be more of experience to the citizens as a whole rather than just a building for bookworms.

Project : 5 Star Leaning Skyscraper Hotel, Land's End

Year : 2020

Located on a historic site of Hotel Sea Rock, Lands End. The site was bought up by the Taj group and a idea of this project was thought to be around corner.

To replace the best hotel in the country, its gospel to stand unique. Designed to be the tallest hotel in the world and being a leaning tower, Its a characterstics no building presently boasts. Standing 345 meters tall its also destined to become tallest building in country. Hence its a no brainer, it should be a icon for the city. Located on western most site on Mumbai. Thiis building is also as significant to Mumbai as Burj-al Arab is to Dubai.

Totalling to more than 600 rooms it is also the largest hotel in country. With a infinity pool on the top of 350M the experience couldn't be defined.

Located on the tight site, and on the contour. Its a very uncoventional aproach to put the entrance on the sea-side rather than Road-side. WIth 7 stories of Podium housing all amenties and 4 basements housing more than 500 cars and 1000 2 wheelers.

Project : Master Plan of Pushpaknagar: Airport Housing in Navi Mumbai.

Client: Allana College of Architecture - Fouth Year Housing.

Year : 2020

Withe Mumbai airport functioning to its Max. The need for new airport was evident. Hence Navi Mumbai was chosen for the same. Hence 40 existing village were to rehabilated. Pushpaknagar was one of these. out of the 144 hectres of pushpaknagar 20 hectre was masterplanned and 10 housing typologies containing 2500 units and hoousing 10000 people.

The master planning of the puspaknagar was based on the four philosphy's of Sir Patrick Geddes. All the housing typologies have a common design philosophy as well. Typologies include - 3RK, 2RK, 1RK, Townhouse, Rowhouse, Service Apartment, Hostels, Inclusive Housing.

Working in my internship, I had the oppurtunity to design for the client. working with superior and client after 5 option and revision this plan was finalised. I was handed the duty for preparing the options, completing drawing, 3d visualisation and rendering. The design and the drawings was completed in my tenure in the office. I also had the oppurtunity to see the execution of the project.

The client wanted a Contemporay bunglow with new materials and a distinctness and uniqueness .

I was asked to prepare the drawing for CLients home as there was no previous drawings. I had the oppurtunity to do the measure drawing and prepare 3D model for it. I was asked to create few interior option for her. After few revisions

The interior was finalised. Their was many alterations to the plan done. The hall and dining room was combined.

Year : 2020

I was asked to prepare the drawing for CLients home and prepare 3D model for it. I was asked to create few interior option for her. After few revisions The interior was finalised. Unfortunately I didn't get the oppurtunity to see the execution of the project as I had completed my internship tenure.

Before the interior designing there was also few alteration in the plan to match the client requirement. Client stays with her mother and believe in Vastushastra and wanted all the layout placed accordingly.

Client approached me for designing of his house. clients include two brother s. After multiple client meetings design brief was created. It was decide the home will consist of 3 floors. the ground floor for the mother. The first floor for the smaller brother and the second for the eldest brother. After consultating and decision with all the 3 client the plans was finalised. Visualisation was created. currently the project is in the finishing stages and interior designing is about to start. The project is due to be completed in january for the structural and march for the remaining interior.
