Wroclaw is the largest and the warmest western city in Poland. It is situated near Oder river in dolnoĹ›lÄ…skie province. Wroclaw, is known for its art galleries, museums, theatres, operas and cinemas.
There is also a beautiful town market with a City Hall built in the 13th century as well as many old houses. In the oldest part of town, you will find a gothic cathedral of St. John the Baptist built in the 13th century.
In Wroclaw, there is the oldest zoological garden with the largest number of animals living in it (almost 4150 animals!). Aside from the tourist attractions, Wroclaw has 13 universities and an airport which enables people to travel to many cities.
