In this food edition, we celebrate the success of the Tasting Australia Innovation and Changes Forum Aged Care Hospitality Service, lead by Ellis Wilkinson from Hotel Services Management Solutions. Ellis was instrumental in bringing together great chef demonstrations and panel discussion on the day with Tasting Australia Director Simon Bryant, Peter Morgan Jones, Dr Alison Yaxley, Cherie Hugo, Ellis himself and our own Luke Westenberg.
