Bray is an Associate Professor of Higher Education Administration, and a Fellow at the Education Policy Center, at the University of Alabama. Dr. Stephen Thoma is a University Professor in the Educational Psychology program at the University of Alabama and is the Executive Director of the Center for the Study of Ethical Development. He specializes in personality and social development with a focus on social/moral development in adolescence and youth.
