Message In line with the Key Result Areas set as priorities by the Philippine Government under Executive Order No. 43, and as mandated in Republic Act No. 9485, otherwise known as the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007 or ARTA, this Division has come up with this Citizens’ Charter which is a product of the collective effort of our stakeholders.
