an update regarding the parking restriction proposals for the Dings, so that she can feed back to the Neighbourhood Watch Group.

Andrew Spicer

Andrew to meet Phil onsite to look at issue (proposal being put together to change this, including adding lines to some surrounding streets - Tichborne St): proposals needed to be revised after design consultation. This is being done and then going to legal team with next stage being in summer 2012. Andrew confirmed consultation in Feb 12 and he will provide Sally with details to share: Andrew has sent Sally plans in the post.

Nick Carter

New Traffic Regulation Orders linked to GBBN are in place but signage is not up yet so parking restrictions cannot be enforced yet - Nick has asked GBBN to speed up putting in signs and then this can be enforced. Signs to be in by Christmas. Stapleton Road Working group are monitoring this.

sort out the puddle - stop water collecting: 8.12.11 I have checked the gullies around this crossing and although they didn't look too bad, I have passed them to a contractor for cleaning. As part of the cleaning process the contractor will flush them with water to check that the gullies are running as they should and that there is not a blockage in the pipework. This should be completed within the next 10 working days. Phil Davies
