Installation Services NetVanta UC Solutions Why ProStart?

Excellence in Unified Communications (UC) Installation and Support Delivers unprecedented value, ensuring your UC solution is deployed on time and with excellence. Pre-install Site Survey A pre-install site survey will be performed to ensure the site is ready for the installation. On-Site Installation ProStartSM will rack, stack and test the all units, as well as, deploy phones and provide User Quick Reference Guides for each user. Staging, Configuration and Testing To ensure a smooth, efficient on-site deployment, ADTRAN’s ProServicesSM Engineers will pre-stage and pre-configure the units for functionality and application testing prior to arriving on-site. Installation Warranty ProStart comes with a 30-day warranty. During the warranty period ADTRAN® ProServices will make configuration adjustments remotely to fine-tune the network parameters. Phone User Training On the day of install, Phone User Training is provided to the clients’ systems administrator. Administrative Training After deployment, ProStart will deliver Administrative training remotely via a webinar.

Due to the vast array of features in the NetVanta UC solutions and the unique installation demands of each customer, ADTRAN ProServices offers three NetVanta UC installation packages to aid in the deployment. These NetVanta UC installation packages are priced and structured in such a way to meet each company’s unique installation requirements.

Silver Installation Package

This package is ideal for small businesses, typically with less then fifteen employees that have a very simple, well-defined need for their users.

Gold Installation Package

This is the most commonly used package for businesses of all sizes. This package allows for multiple settings and limited customization.

Platinum Installation Package

This package is ideal for businesses that have many departments, need special customization, requires unique settings for most of their users, and multiple configurations.
