We excel in advertising our REO listings on the internet including the MLS, Craigslist, Zillow, DOMAREO.com, DOMAProperties.com, Facebook, Realtor.com, and Loopnet. Bi-weekly emails blast to our DOMA interest list and agent community highlights the property with a direct link to our website for more information. Our customizable interest list allows us to directly target specific area codes and buyer preferences. For those potential buyers who are not internet savvy, our neighborhood communication has been proven successful. Delivering flyers and ensuring “Bank Owned” or “REO” For Sale signs are always posted. Local periodicals and newspapers ensure complete exposure. REO OPEN HOUSE With an evident demand for REO properties, DOMA has developed an REO open house program to maximize exposure of the property to potential buyers and agents. Our DOMA agents pick from available DOMA REO listings and launch a tested marketing campaign focusing solely on that property. The open house marketing campaign includes email blasts to our REO buyer database, Craigslist advertisements, Facebook announcements, and neighborhood door hangers which advertise property information on one side, and loan terms and payments for that property on the other. On the day of the open house, the property is made highly visible with strategically placed REO Open House signage. Our professional and knowledgeable agents demonstrate the property, highlighting its value and stressing urgency. We schedule a loan professional to attend and pre-qualify buyers on the spot, putting them in the best possible position to make an offer and removing a hurdle for that qualified buyer to purchase a home. We have succeeded in putting up to 200 people on a single day through our REO Open Houses. Our program has resulted in not only sales, but a strong database of clients only searching for foreclosure properties and waiting for the next opportunity.
