FONTCUBERTA AMARANTA
Amaranta Fontcuberta is a biologist and a critical thinker. She obtained a BSc in Biology at the University of Barcelona. She then moved to the University of Helsinki where she studied nature conservation and then to Madagascar where she realised that nature management is a complex issue requiring a combination of natural and social sciences and involving a variety of actors. Since 2014 she is based in Switzerland. While she works to develop a strong scientific background, she reflects upon the role of scientific knowledge in societal issues. She did a MSc in Genetics and Evolution at the University of Geneva, which resulted in a paper that was awarded with the Stearns Prize from the European Society of Evolutionary Biology. She is now a PhD student at the Department of Ecology and Evolution at the University of Lausanne (UNIL), where she studies the genetic, ecological and behavioural factors affecting the organisation of ant societies. Along her PhD, she participates in the Doctoral program of Science & Policy at ETH Zurich and she collaborates with the Science-Society Interface of UNIL.
GEHRINGER CAROL
Je me nomme Carol, retraitée après 25 ans de direction de l’institution pour enfant Ibanda à Neuchâtel, j’ai suivi et formé beaucoup d’étudiant-e-s pour l’encadrement par étayage du langage (Harris, 2002) et stimulation de l’imagination (Zittoun 2016) dans le développement de la zone proximal de Vygotsky. Je rédige une thèse psycho-linguistique et socioculturelle « Prévention, argumentation et étayage du développement de la compréhension des émotions » en Science du langage et de la communication sous la direction du Professeur Clément de l’Université de Neuchâtel. En phase de mise en place de l’expérience avec des élèves en formation duale je tends à démontrer l’hypothèse que « Jouer avec les émotions améliore l’expression et la compréhension ».
