In het ontwerp staan de werkruimten centraal. In de bestaande bouw worden ze omsloten door â&#x20AC;&#x2DC;schoneâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; gemeenschappelijke ruimten die allemaal specifiek gematerialiseerd worden. De gemeenschappelijke ruimten zijn zo gepositioneerd dat er een

heldere werkruimte en een interessante routing ontstaat. De werkruimten zijn onontworpen gelaten. De werkruimten, ingedeeld per afdeling, kunnen elke paar jaar een eigen invulling krijgen en hoeven niet opgeruimd of netjes te blijven.

Ook in de nieuwbouw staan de werkruimten centraal. De verdieping wordt ingedeeld door een afdelingskantoor, de liftkern of een toiletgroep, die als objecten in de grote open ruimte staan.

Dit vloerveld kan naar eigen inzicht door de afdelingen worden ingevuld. Het oppervlak biedt ruimte aan meerdere afdelingen, waardoor interactie ontstaat.
