Sore throat - The treatment of sore throat starts with providing relief from itching and burning sensations in the lining of the throat. The use of mango bark is proven to be an effective treatment for various throat disorders. Grind the bark and extract the juice of the bark. It can then be used as a topical treatment or used as a gargle by mixing 125 ml of water with 10 ml of the bark extracts. Cinnamon can also be used to remedy sore throat. Boil a teaspoon of cinnamon powder with a pinch of pepper and honey. If you have cinnamon oil you can also mix it with honey to provide relief. 3. Diarrhea - An effective treatment for diarrhea is buttermilk. Its acid is an effective agent in fighting off germs and bacteria in the stomach and the intestines. Preparing carrot soup is another effective remedy for diarrhea. Not only does it provide the needed water to fight off dehydration, it also provides sodium, calcium, potassium, and magnesium to the body. About 500 grams of carrots cooked in water until they become soft is needed to prepare the soup. Strain the pulp and add a tablespoon of salt before giving it to the patient. Mint juice can also aid in the treatment of diarrhea. Mix a teaspoon of mint juice with a teaspoon of lime juice and honey. Take in orally every 8 hours for excellent results.
