Sustainability

Supporting our local community ADNEC recognises that we have an ever increasing role to play in supporting communities. We have a dedicated committee, as part of the overall sustainability committee, who actively engage with and support our local communities and society.

Syndrome Association, the Ability Centre, Special Care Centre, Gulf Autism School, Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs, Church Family Group, Gulf Autism Centre, the Future Centre for Special Needs, Zayed Higher Organisation Autism and Rehabilitation Care Centre, MBM Camp, SKMC and the Make-a-Wish Foundation were some of the community associations that were invited to the shows.

Live Events free tickets As part of our commitment to sustainability, we designate a number of Live Events free tickets to give away to schools and charities. We also supply transport and provide free parking as relevant. In 2013, we donated over 800 Cinderella on Ice and Moscow Grand Circus Live Events tickets to local community disadvantaged groups. The UAE Down

ADNEC people jump for charity Nine brave ADNEC people bungee jumped for charity while the rest of ADNEC employees gathered to watch and support. The bungee jump was part of the Abu Dhabi International Sports Exhibition 2013. The money raised was donated to an autism charity to support autism month.
