Slice your cream cheese block in 1/2 . Spread wasabi paste in the middle. Put the two pieces of cream cheese back together. Poke 10 or so holes in cream cheese top. Pour soy sauce over the top. Serve with ginger snaps.
Cream cheese wasabi
1/4 cup sesame seeds 1 head cabbage, shredded 1 red bell pepper, sliced 6 green onions, thinly sliced 2 (3 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles 1/2 cup oil 1/4 cup vinegar 1/4 tsp. pepper
Lightly roast the sesame seeds for about 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently during cooking. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, peppers, and green onions. Crush ramen noodles and set aside. Combine oil, water, vinegar, and 1 seasoning packet. Beat dressing until combined. Just before serving, toss crushed noodles, toasted sesame seeds with cabbage mixture. Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
