Comment [KEVI1]: The last task I completed was fairly easy, however it did include reading through the DiDA website which I found took a while.

Comment [KEVI2]: I completed all the above tasks except from actually filling in the plan as this is on-going. It didn’t take long to create a new file structure however it took me longer than the time I allowed to create my detailed plan as I was making sure I didn’t miss anything out. Comment [KEVI3]: Comment from Ben Latimer. I have reviewed Arron’s plan and he has achieved full marks apart from slack time section that was not explained to the DiDA class till late. I am sure that Arron has some slack time and I know that he will explain why he has gone over his estimated time. Comment [KEVI4]: I created my table to show my monitoring progress note in less time than I had allowed this was because it was easy. The actual making notes part will be on-going throughout the project. Comment [KEVI5]: I over ran the time allowed for the evaluating techniques however that was ok and I kept on track with my time management as I finished my mind map for each of the final products 20 mins quicker then I had expected.

Ben Latimer- I have looked at Arron’s E-Learning Package storyboard and in my opinion the package will be great. The storyboard looks very convincing as he has got everything he wants to do on his storyboard including font and pictures he wants to include. Page 2: [2] Comment [KEVI9]

I went back to this stage and decided that I was going to add Alt Tags and and resiable text as Mr Dougherty thought that this would be good as i had forgotten them so that people with sight impediments can use this e-learning package. Page 2: [3] Comment [KEVI10]

I found that this part of the project took double the amount of time that I had allowed as I did not realize how much work was involved when I created the time allowed for this. However it may have took longer than expected but i am pretty happy with the final outcome. Page 2: [5] Comment [KEVI12]

I have now added all my alt tags and made resizable txet on my e-learning package to make it assable to people with sight impediments. I then recorded all my alt tags on my accessibility document. Page 2: [6] Comment [KEVI13]

I took my package along to another class and asked Greg to try my e-learning package. I then asked him to review it and to say what he thought about it onto camera which he did and the feedback which I got was good. Page 2: [7] Comment [KEVI14]

I feel that this E-learning package part of this project went fairly well and I was able to work through this section fairly easily and independently. I also managed to keep to my times allowed quite well as well as I may have over-ran by a little bit on some things but I made up for that by doing some of the other parts quicker than the allowed time. This part of project pretty much went to plan as for the majority of the tasks I managed 2 keep to the times which I had estimated and even managed to do some things quicker. However creating the actual Elearning package I over ran my time allowed as I didn’t really know what was involved and it took a bit of time to get to grips with dreamweaver. I need to test my movie and gather feedback and once I have done that I will be able to write my review for this part. I will do this once I have finished my other parts of this project. Creating my movie took less time than I had originally allowed. I found this part of the project pretty easy and it was also fun to make the movie as it was funny doing interviews onto camera and we had some good laughs. Page 2: [15] Comment [KEVI22]

I found the movie section good fun and a good laugh. My times were pretty well estimated on a whole as I have over ran the actual making of the movie but I did the storyboard and gathered feedback quicker than I expected. I need to test my movie and gather the feedback I get on it then finally review the movie section once I test and gather feedback on the movie which I will do once I’ve finished the work on my presentation. I have created my storyboard for my presentation on paper and scanned it in. I asked Jamie to review it and tell me what he thinks. This is what he said 'I think that you have incrporated the use of pictures, text and video well into your presentation from the looks of things from your storyboard and if you make it look like this when you come to make the presentation for real then it will look really good and will be interesfor people to yse and watch'. I have finished making my presentation and I feel that it looks really good and i think that i have got the right ballance between images and text as there is not lots of text but what text there is it gives enough of the important facts plus the images used pretty much say it all plus i have used a video interview which is good as i feel that will keep the interest of the user/viewer.
