Please find enclosed our three (3) part quotation for your proposed Granny Flat: a) A quotation for the Town Planning and Engineering Preparation and Submission of your Granny Flat Council Planning Permission Application b) A quotation for the Supply & Delivery of a “Sandlime” Add Some Space Granny Flat c) A quotation for the build and installation of your “Sandlime” Add Some Space Granny Flat Please note – this is an indicative quotation based on our experience to date with various councils across Australia. It is possible that your council may ask you to pay for or source additional sewer, water, or drainage work that we have not costed in this quote. This will be determined once we submit your application to the Council or Council Certifier. As per your discussions with our team you are welcome to compare and contrast these quotes with any other supplier or contractor and should you elect to use such a supplier or contractor you simply need to call us to advise which part you will be self managing and we will amend the quotation to reflect this fact. At this point in the process we require that you arrange a time to complete a Quotation Review Meeting via telephone or in person with our Build Manager Michael or Chris to discuss this quotation and accompanying plans and schedule to ensure you understand the time, cost, and process involved in completing your Add Some Space Granny Flat. This will help you clarify any questions you have and usually takes 10-15mins and can be done via phone. Once you’ve completed this meeting: a) We will send you an Order Agreement for review and approval b) We will send you a Build and Installation Contract for review and approval c) We will send you a Project Resources & Schedule Folder to keep you informed throughout the process. PART 1

QUOTATION FOR TOWN PLANNING SERVICES

We herein provide a quotation to provide Town Planning Services to seek Planning Permission to deliver, erect, and connect standard utility services for a “Sandlime� Granny Flat on the rear of the site address. It is estimated that council fees, contributions, and required service connection works are approximately $180.00. Please note, any additional council fees or contributions are a separate cost. Please find below a costed quotation summary outlining the process and itemised amounts. STAGE Pre-application

TASKS Undertake investigation of current land use rights. Pre-check standard Detached Dwelling Application Process to confirm no additional reports eg, hydraulic, acoustic, traffic, ecological, acid sulfate, heritage etc that may be required.

You can then nominate then as Prime Cost items in your Build Contract. The only other potential cost increase is your soil test result which may require non standard foundations. Again we will inform you if this affects your project prior to construction so you can make an informed decision about the best way to proceed.
