Flexible Partnership Options The training event consists of three days over a period of six weeks. One workshop day precedes two days on-site coaching. The follow-up coaching is timed for 2 and then 6 weeks after the workshop. Option 1. Commission Based Sale of WebSmart Product. Training product branded as WebSmart. As a Partner, you become a reseller of the product and are responsible for billing and collection of client fees. WebSmart retains all administration and organisational responsibilities. Target selling price to your customers - £4000 ex VAT per training event. 15% commission retained by you.. Option 2. White Label Product Delivered By WebSmart. Product branded for the Partner Organisation. As a Partner, you become a reseller and are responsible for administration, organisation, billing and collection of client fees. WebSmart will supply 4.5 person-days to prepare and run the workshop days and follow-up consulting. Each person-day charged at £650 ex VAT per day. Total = £2925 ex VAT. As a Partner, you determine the selling price to your clients. Option 3. Partner Branded Product Delivered By Your Own Staff. Using your Brand, you become a reseller and are responsible for administration, organisation, delivery, billing and collection of client fees. WebSmart will train your own staff to deliver the product. Optional support days are available from WebSmart to support the delivery. Train the Trainer estimated at 4 days at £650 ex VAT per day. Total = £2600 ex VAT. You determine the selling price to your clients and the higher of either £500 ex VAT or 15% commission on each sale is payable to WebSmart.

Note - For all three options the IP rights are retained by WebSmart.
