The AOS for non-lead companies in a pool (as defined in paragraph 1c of the instructions for the Statement of Actuarial Opinion) shall include a statement that the company is a 0% pool participant. For the non-lead company, the information provided for paragraph 5 should be that of the lead company.
DISCUSSION – SECTION 6: Paragraph 6 applies only to companies that are 0 percent participants in an intercompany pooling agreement as defined in paragraph 1C of the Instructions for the SAO.

No Appointed Actuary shall be liable in any manner to any person for any statement made in connection with the above paragraphs if such statement is made in a good faith effort to comply with the above paragraphs.
