Acton Lions Club Upcoming Events It is football season (as if you hadn’t noticed) and Acton Lions Club has the fun job of running the food booth at the AB football games on Friday night home games. Come and say hello and support Lions and the AB team. Then mark your calendar for these important upcoming events: Saturday October 26th we are holding a Shredding Day in conjunction with Idylwilde Farm in Acton from 9.00am -12.00pm. The Ski and Skate Sale is the weekend of 15th to 17th November (a little earlier than previous years) at our usual Conant School venue in Acton. Right after Thanksgiving our high quality Christmas trees go on sale in the parking lot of Ace Hardware. We are so grateful for your continued support and look forward to seeing you at some of these events.

Assabet Valley H.S. 70’s Reunion The Class of 1978 is hosting a multi-year reunion for classmates, from 1974 to the early 80’s, on Saturday, November 30th from 7-11pm at the Hudson-Concord Elks, 99 Park St. Hudson. Forty plus years have passed, so come out for an evening of music, dancing, appetizers, mingling and catch-up conversation with classmates. We will also remember those classmates that have graduated onto the next life. Come alone or with a guest. All are welcome to attend.
