Passenger terminal development proposal Having analysed the location and operations, a proposal was drawn up which featured the following elements: Continuous seafront promenade. Creation of a square opposite the Terminal, moving the bus, taxi and short term parking bays back to the line of the road. Extension of the terminal terraces. Development of the vehicle loading and unloading area to the southwest of the terminal, bringing together the embarkation and customs buildings and providing accesses and exits for all vehicles on Calle RodrĂguez. Development of the space to the northeast of the terminal for port use (overflow space for disembarking vehicles and cruise vessel moorings) and public use (use and enjoyment of the seafront, open-air events, etc.)
